I understand that a NO SHOW for the tournament without notice will forfeit the registration fee. If I register & pay by March 15th, I am entitled to a $50 discount on normal registration per team. If I am unable to bring all teams I have registered, I must notify HoopLikeAGirl@SantaRosaElite.com before the schedule is released to receive a full refund.

Travel Policy

We have negotiated a rate at the Hampton Inn and Suites - Airport Blvd. Rooms are limited - Book them EARLY!!!

Refund Policy

I understand that a NO SHOW for the tournament without notice will forfeit the registration fee. If a division does not have at least 3 teams in the division, a full refund will be offered or the team may elect to play UP a division.
