- Coaches, if you are to receive an award, you will get a slip from the scores table after the conclusion of the game. Please take your slip to the awards area and submit to AAU staff.

! PLEASE READ VERY IMPORTANT!

1. ROSTERS ARE LOCEKD!No write-ins. No changes. No additions.

2. Bench Personnel. Only players and coaches from that roster are allowed on the bench. 4 coaches max.

3. Disney Check-in. If you have not been to Disney yet, you need to do a quick check-in to submit your waivers and receive your player and athlete credentials. You CANNOT enter ESPN complex without it! Register at the NE Pavillion (Green Builiding) @ Disney ESPN WWS.

4. Schedule Updates. Please check the app “AAU Basketball” throughout the day for the most recent updates.

5. Players need BOTH bags tags and ESPN cards to enter both facilities.

6. NO BASKETBALLS! Please do not bring personal balls. They will be confiscated by facility officials.

7. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR FIGHTING. Please continue to focus on sportsmanship and competing. Let the Officials officiate. Coaches Coach. Players play!

8. Parking at OCCC is at North Concourse.

We are excited for games to start. Below are some quick reminders for the event. PLEASE READ. NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO.

1.SCHEDULE UPDATE Please check the app called “AAU Basketball” for all schedule updates. Do NOT go off of screen shots in team group chats or text messages.

2. PARKING. Please arrive at least 2 hours before your scheduled games. Traffic around Disney and the Orange County Convention Center will be heavy due to additional events going on in the arena. Please plan accordingly for traffic delays. Parking from venue to courts can take up to 15-30 minute walk.

3. ZERO FIGHTING POLICY. Subject to removal, suspension, forfeit, trespassing, arrest etc.. Final decisions will be at Tournament Directors and Venue Officials discretion.

4. NO BASKETBALLS. AAU will provide all balls for warm-ups and games. Both venues do not allow in personal basketballs.

5. BRING YOUR OWN WATER if you play at OCCC. There are no water coolers available on the courts.

6. TEAM MEDIA. Must be registered as coaches/Admin on your roster and have an AAU Membership. They will receive coaches’ credentials and allowed to film courtside.

6. ROSTERS. 15 players 4 coaches per roster. Players can play with ONLY ONE organization. (i.e Florida Fire). Players CANNOT play in different skills levels within the same age/grade division. (i.e. 11u/5th grade D1 and 11U/5TH D2).

7. Waivers.
Print, Sign & Bring ENTIRE DOCUMENT (meaning every page). It will not be accepted otherwise.
-Youth Waivers - every player listed. Coaches can sign for players
- Adult Waivers - must sign your own waiver. Cannot sign for another adult.

8. Check-In. All coaches must pass through registration at Disney to get into the complex. Even if you played at OCCC first and check-in your team. You still have to come to Disney to register and turn in your waivers. Open Sat. 6am-6pm.

The “AAU BUILT DIFFERENT CAMP” brand is offering a series of FREE MINI CAMPS on SATURDAY ONLY at the Orange County Convention Center on Court #45.

If you are playing at the Orange County Convention Center, here’s your chance to improve your game! It All Starts Here and It’s Always about Getting Better! Join AAU’s Director of Camps and Clinics, former college head coach, Jim Fox, who will be the facilitator for these mini camps on SATURDAY ONLY.

If you are a HEAD COACH, and your schedule allows, you can do a 45-minute session with your entire team, one-on-one with Coach Jim Fox. Only three (3) teams can take advantage of this offer, all on a first come-first serve basis.

IMPROVING YOUR GAME is what it’s all about! Remember, check your team schedule for availability to see if you can participate.

All team media will be considered as coach/admin on your team. They must be listed on your roster and have an AAU membership. CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE. They will recieve a coach’s credential allowing them court access to cover your team. 4 Coaches max per roster.

Any unlisted media personnel will be expected to pay the spectator admission at the door and must stay in the spectator area, especially at Disney ESPN Wide World of Sports.

This is an official AAU licensed event hosted by AAU Headquarters. AAU Memberships are REQUIRED to participate. We will verify at registration before game play.

A wavier must be signed for every active person on the roster. That includes first and last name for each COACH and every ATHELETE!
