Drive to the Hoop Classic West Michigan Drive - Ivy

Good afternoon, we hope everyone's holidays were blessed. We wanted to reach out and welcome your team to the Drive to the Hoop Classic on January 10-11, 2026.

In an effort to get ahead of things for this large event, and to alleviate schedule changes we have implanted new polices for the 2025-2026 season. Please see below the policy for event registration, event payments, and scheduling

🚨Fees will be required to be paid in full prior to scheduling in order to be put on the schedule. Those teams/programs who are not paid prior to the start of scheduling will not be place on the schedule. We project to begin working on the schedule shortly after the new year.

Please review and communicate with your teams and let us know if there are any restrictions you would like us to add for your team for the Drive to the Hoop Classic. In addition, as you register for the future Grassroots Events, we would encourage you to include your restrictions at registration. We look forward to a great winter season and can't wait to get the kids on the court to start 2026.

We are only a few days away from closing down registration. Once registration closes, those teams who have paid in full will be placed on the schedule. I would encourage everyone to communicate their restrictions before the January 1.

In an effort to get ahead of things for this large event, we wanted to reach out and communicate some new Grassroots Tournaments Policies/Procedures. Throughout the off-season grassroots focus was to tighten up the policies and procedures in order to improve the quality of events for all participants. Please review the new policies and procedures below:

Event Policies/Procedures:
🚨This year Grassroots events will require all restrictions from all participants (including times, matchups, coaching multiple teams, etc...) to be sent at least two weeks prior to the start of this event. Restrictions should be sent in writing to grassrootstourneys@gmail.com or via text to Sara at 513-578-5703 at least one week prior to the start date of the event. Only restrictions sent in writing are guaranteed to be honored.
🚨Once the schedule is released, no changes will be made to the schedule unless it is a restriction we received in writing that was overlooked.
