Please take a moment to review your team rosters. We are seeing several teams with only one player listed, as well as players entered without jersey numbers.

Rosters will be locked at 9:00 PM tonight. Any changes made in Exposure after that time will not be reflected on the scoresheets and will result in a fine at Coaches Check-In.

Please use this time to ensure:

All players are properly listed
Every player has a jersey number entered
All coaching staff who will be receiving wristbands are listed in Exposure

Hello everyone,

Thank you for attending our annual Elite Sports Easter Classic.

This year’s event will be held at the Orlando World Center Marriott, located at 8701 World Center Drive, Orlando, FL 32821. The hotel’s self-parking fee is up to $40 per day.

To help families save on parking, we are offering a van service from our designated shuttle drop-off location for $5 per person (cash only).

Shuttle Drop-Off / Pick-Up Location:
Publix at Sunrise City Plaza
3221 Vineland Rd, Orlando, FL

The shuttle location is approximately 2.5 miles from the Marriott. Our 15-passenger van will run approximately every 30 minutes, depending on traffic and demand.

To help maximize shuttle space and make the process more efficient, we strongly suggest that families first drop off all passengers at the Marriott, and then only the driver proceeds to park at Publix and rides the shuttle back to the hotel. This will help reduce wait times and allow more teams and spectators to arrive smoothly.

Please note that officials and scorekeepers will receive shuttle priority, so there may be slight delays during peak arrival and departure times.

Please note that there have been some schedule changes due to teams needing to adjust divisions to meet age-qualification requirements. As a reminder, the age eligibility cutoff date is August 31, 2026.

We are taking as many steps as possible to ensure a level and fair event for all players, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us uphold these standards.

🚨 NSID Verification Required
If your players have not completed their NSID verification, please begin this process immediately. Any player without a verified NSID will be ineligible to play, and no refunds will be issued.

NSID verified rosters must be presented at check-in in order to receive your coaching band.

Please review the schedule carefully and arrive at least one hour prior to your first scheduled game time.

📝 Exposure Rosters Lock Tonight at 9:00 PM
All players must be entered in Exposure with:

First name
Last name
Jersey number
All coaches and team staff receiving bands must also be listed in Exposure.

To help expedite check-in, please ensure your NSID-verified roster matches your Exposure roster exactly.

⚠️ Roster Change Policy

A mandatory $25 roster change fee will apply to any check-in roster changes
Rosters are locked after your first game
No player additions will be allowed under any circumstances after that point

Failure to arrive one hour prior to your game time — especially if roster changes are needed at check-in — may result in your team forfeiting its first game.

While this is not a step we ever want to take, we have provided ample time and multiple reminders to ensure rosters are completed before the deadline.
