Good morning and welcome to Day 3 of the State Finals and Championship Sunday!

A few important reminders for today:

🏆 No player additions are permitted. Rosters are final.

🥇 1st Place Champions at Game Point will receive their championship rings at the entrance to the cafeteria. At Cypress Creek, please meet in the lobby for ring distribution.

🧹 Coaches: Please make sure your team removes all items from the bench area after your game, including water bottles and personal belongings.

Good morning and welcome to Day 2 of the State Finals!

A reminder for all teams that have not yet checked in: all coaches must present player NSID verifications at check-in.

Please note: once your team has played its first game, rosters are locked and no changes will be allowed.

If your roster was not completed prior to roster lock on Wednesday evening, and your team has not yet played its first game, you must arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled game time to make roster updates. A $20 roster change fee will apply.

A few important reminders before arrival:

🏀 Coach Check-In Requirements

Coaches must provide player NSID verification at check-in to receive coaching bands.
If your assistant coach will be checking in first, please ensure they have access to all player NSID verifications.
⏰ Arrival Time
All coaches should arrive at least 45 minutes prior to their first scheduled game to allow adequate time for check-in and roster verification.

Please note: Late arrival does not eliminate the required check-in process. Coaches must still:
✔ Present player NSID verifications
✔ Verify their official roster for accuracy
✔ Complete coach check-in procedures

🪪 Photo ID Required
A valid photo ID must be presented in order to receive your coaching band.

Frequently Asked Questions & Important Reminders!

1. All players (not coaches) must have a current and verified NSID status. Please ensure your players qualify for the age division your team is registered in. If a player’s NSID has expired or is still unverified, please complete this immediately. As we get closer to the event, processing delays may occur.

2. Please download the Exposure Events App and search for the basketball event. You can “star” the event and “follow” your team to receive schedules, updates, and notifications directly.

3. Players may participate in multiple divisions for the same organization only. Players may play up in age divisions, but may not play down.

4. Spectator tickets are now available. Both cash and credit card pricing will be in effect at the door. To speed up entry, parents and spectators are encouraged to pre-purchase tickets online and present their QR code at the entrance.

5. Coaches must bring a valid photo ID to receive their coaching band and must sign the Zero Tolerance Fighting Policy. Only two coaching bands will be issued per team, and all coaches must be listed in Exposure Basketball.

6. Coaches must provide copies of all players’ NSID-verified status during check-in and keep those copies available at every game in the event of a protest.

7. All players must be listed in Exposure Basketball TONIGHT by 9:00 PM Eastern. Rosters will lock for the weekend at that time. Any player not listed online must be added during check-in. After your first game, NO players may be added to the roster.

8. Attached is a copy of the Zero Tolerance Policy. To help expedite check-in, any coach receiving a coaching band may complete and bring the signed form with them. Forms will also be available onsite during check-in.
