Hola Coaches y Equipos,

Estamos ahora a poco más de 60 días del inicio del End of Summer Slam, y estamos emocionados de recibir programas de todo Estados Unidos y Puerto Rico para lo que promete ser otro evento altamente competitivo e inolvidable.

A medida que los equipos se preparan para viajar y competir, les pedimos que revisen los siguientes recordatorios importantes para asegurar que su programa esté completamente preparado para participar:

1. Formato del Evento Basado en Edad
El End of Summer Slam es un evento basado en edad. En años anteriores, nuestros eventos se organizaban por grado escolar. A partir de enero de 2026, Elite Sports Events hizo la transición a un formato basado en edad, con el objetivo de crear un ambiente competitivo y justo donde los atletas compitan contra jugadores de su mismo grupo de edad.

2. Verificación Obligatoria de NSID
Todos los jugadores deben estar verificados por NSID, y su equipo debe estar asociado a Elite Sports Events dentro del sistema NSID antes del evento.

Completar este proceso con anticipación garantiza que sus atletas cumplan con las reglas del torneo y ayuda a evitar sorpresas durante el registro del equipo.

3. Política de Hospedaje (Stay-to-Play)
El End of Summer Slam es un evento Stay-to-Play.

Todos los equipos ubicados fuera de un radio de 40 millas del evento deben reservar un mínimo de seis (6) habitaciones de hotel a través de nuestro socio oficial de viajes. Los equipos que no cumplan con los requisitos de hospedaje estarán sujetos a un cargo de exclusión de $500.

4. Fecha Límite de Registro y Pago
Las cuotas de inscripción deben pagarse antes del 1 de julio.

Cualquier cargo aplicable por exclusión de la política Stay-to-Play también deberá pagarse para esa fecha en caso de que el equipo no cumpla con los requisitos de hospedaje.

Hello Teams,

We are now just over 60 days away from tip-off for the End of Summer Slam, and we are excited to welcome programs from across the country and Puerto Rico for what is shaping up to be another highly competitive and unforgettable event.

As teams prepare for travel and competition, please review the important reminders below to ensure your program is fully prepared for participation:

1. Age-Based Event Format
The End of Summer Slam is an age-based event. In previous years, our events operated under grade-based divisions. Beginning in January 2026, Elite Sports Events transitioned to an age-based platform to create a fair and competitive environment where athletes compete against their peers.

2. NSID Verification Required
All players must be NSID verified, and your team must be attached to Elite Sports Events within NSID before the event.

Completing this process in advance ensures your athletes are in compliance with tournament rules and helps avoid surprises during team check-in.

3. Stay-to-Play Policy
The End of Summer Slam is a Stay-to-Play event.

All teams located outside of a 40-mile radius of the event are required to book a minimum of six (6) hotel reservations through our travel partner. Teams that do not meet the Stay-to-Play requirements will be subject to a $500 opt-out fee.

4. Registration & Payment Deadline
Registration fees are due by July 1st.

Any applicable Stay-to-Play opt-out fees will also be due at that time for teams that do not meet the travel requirements.

With just 72 days remaining until tip-off, please review the following important updates and deadlines carefully:

NSID Verification
All players must be NSID-verified, and verification must remain current throughoutthe event.
Please complete this process immediately if you have not already. As we get closer to the event, verification processing times may increase.

Team Payment Deadline
All team payments are due by July 1st.
We are currently on pace for another sold-out event and expect to move to a waitlist shortly. Any teams not paid in full by July 2nd may be removed from the schedule and placed onto the waitlist to allow space for fully paid teams.

• Zelle (no additional fees)
• Square Invoice (processing fees apply)
• Exposure Basketball Invoice (processing fees up to 4%)

IMPORTANT: Stay-to-Play Requirement
End of Summer Slam is a mandatory stay-to-play event for all traveling teams.
All hotel accommodations must be booked through Elite Team Travel using the official booking link below. This policy is strictly enforced and applies to all non-local teams.

We have continued adding new hotel, motel, and resort options weekly to provide teams with a variety of price points and accommodations.

Teams that do NOT book their lodging through the official housing link below will be assessed a mandatory $500 stay-to-play penalty fee per team.

We strongly encourage teams to secure their rooms as soon as possible, as hotel availability becomes more limited closer to the event.
