Dear Basketball Enthusiasts, We are thrilled to welcome you to the Queen City Fall Basketball League, hosted by E A Prep LLC. As we gear up for an exciting season your safety and enjoyment remain our top priorities. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly request all spectators to acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Assumption of Risk: Spectators acknowledge that attendance at sports events inherently includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. Compliance with Policies: All attendees must comply with health and safety policies, which may include mask-wearing and social distancing, as well as any other policies deemed necessary by E A Prep LLC. No Liability: E A Prep LLC is not liable for any injury or illness that may occur as a result of your attendance at the event. By attending the Queen City Fall Basketball League, you are affirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
