1. Balls - We will NOT be providing balls to warm up with; that will be the responsibility of each team.  If there is an issue, please feel free to contact me.  


2. Spectator Tickets - $20/Day, and Children 10&under are $5.  We will offer a 3 Day Tournament Pass for $50.  We accept cash and cards at the door.

- Venues and their address are listed on the schedule under venues
- We will allow up to 3 coaches per team, as well as an official bookkeeper.  Your assistants must be listed on your roster.  All of these people MUST sit on your bench.  We will NOT allow entry as a coach/bookkeeper for someone sitting in the stands!! They will be asked to leave or pay.  
- Coaches will be given bands that must be worn for entrance to your games.  We will NOT re-issue bands, so you will be required to keep your band on for the entire event.  If you take your band off, we will require you to purchase a spectator band, so please leave your bands on for the duration of your games.  


4. Locker rooms will be provided pre-game, halftime, and post-game, BUT locker rooms will not be locked, and you are to bring all items with you when you play as other teams, maybe in those same locker rooms.  


5. Teams will get a minimum of 6 minutes warm-up time and a maximum of 15 minutes.  Halftime will be 10 minutes.  Games will be divided into 8-minute quarters.  All FHSAA and NFHS rules will be followed.


6. Trainers - We will have a trainer at Bolles HS, Bishop Snyder, and San Jose Prep.  All of these trainers will be at those locations for the entire event.  They are more than willing to tape for you, provided you bring your own tape and pre-wrap.  If you do not have your own supplies, it's at their discretion to charge for those services.  


7. Home/Away - HOME TEAM IS LISTED ON THE BOTTOM OF BOTH THE APP AND ONLINE SCHEDULE - Please make sure you bring the appropriate uniforms, AS IS COMMON PRACTICE IN BASKETBALL, HOME IS WHITE OR LIGHT COLORED UNIFORMS.  That said, I would also plan for the worst-case scenario and have my other uniforms with me anyway.  I know for a fact there's a handful of coaches who don't read any of the emails we send.  As someone who is proactive myself, I try to plan for the worst...AGAIN HOME IS ON THE BOTTOM!! 


8. Official Book - Home team is responsible for providing the official book.  We will have backup score sheets, but it's recommended that each team has their own book...whether I was home or away, I'd want a staff member doing the book for our team to make sure both books match...but again, that's just me.  


9. Benches - Please leave your bench area clean and pick up any trash after your game.  It's the right thing to do.  


10. Streaming will be provided via BallerTV. 


11. Shot Clock - We will not be using a shot clock this year, as some of the schools are not set up for that, and it is only optional in Florida.  


12. Rules - We will be following all NFHS and FHSAA rules.
