Tournament Pass Wristbands must remain on for the entire event. Bands will NOT be reissued. If removed, another band must be purchased. No exceptions.

We are excited to share that college games will be happening alongside the high school tournament! On Sunday, December 21st, Indiana State will face Michigan State at 5 PM, and Ole Miss will play Old Dominion at 7:30 PM. While NCAA rules require the tournaments to remain separate, we encourage teams to purchase tickets and bring their athletes to watch a college game. It’s a great opportunity for them to experience that level of play. Our goal is always to inspire athletes to reach the next level! High school coaches and athletes can purchase college tickets in person for $10 a piece per night. Any parent who buys a weekend pass to the high school tournament will be able to purchase college tickets at $10 per night as well.

We will be offering food vouchers for purchase. Each voucher will include two meals, a drink, and a snack.  These vouchers offer an affordable and convenient meal option for athletes, providing two meals with drinks and a snack and drink. The restaurants on site at the hotel are priced at a premium. We understand this is not financially feasible for every team, which is why we offer the food vouchers. Anyone is welcome to purchase vouchers during the tournament. The food voucher meal options are hamburger, hot dogs, BBQ sandwich, chicken fingers, and pizza for lunch and dinner options. Breakfast options include multiple breakfast sandwiches, fruits, and bacon. Snacks include king-size candy bars, popcorn, full soda, Gatorade, and water. Athletes' parents will not be able to send their child with a credit card because the resort will need to have a matching ID with the credit card every time they purchase food at any place in the resort. For example, if your athlete Susie Smith has her mom's credit card for food, and the credit card has the name Sam Smith listed. Susie will be unable to buy any food from the resort. 

If you plan to use a credit card for room check-in that does not have your name on it, a credit card authorization form must be completed and submitted to Harrah’s no later than Monday, the 15th. This is a strict requirement from Harrah’s, and they will not allow check-in without an approved form. Unfortunately, there are NO EXCEPTIONS, and we will not be able to override this policy. Please let us know if you need one!

Team Check-In
Early team check-in will be on Friday, December 19th, from 7 PM to 8 PM in front of the convention center. 
Team check-in on Saturday, December 20th, will open at 10 AM in front of the convention center. All teams must check in one hour before their scheduled game time. 
Each team may check in up to 4 coaches
All assistants must be listed on your roster, and all approved staff must sit on your bench. Coaches will be required to show ID to check in and receive their wristband.
Coaches will be given wristbands that must remain on for the entire event. Bands will NOT be reissued. If removed, a spectator band must be purchased.
Anyone attempting to enter as staff while sitting in the stands will be required to pay or will be asked to leave.

Basketballs: Warm-up balls will not be provided. Each team is responsible for bringing its own. 

Game Operations:
Minimum warmup: 6 minutes
Maximum warmup: 15 minutes
Halftime: 10 minutes
Games: 8-minute quarters
All NFHS rules will apply.

A certified athletic trainer will be available at Harrah's Cherokee Resort & Casino. Trainers can tape athletes if you bring your own tape and pre-wrap. Without your own supplies, they may charge at their discretion.

Home/Away Uniforms
HOME TEAM = listed on the bottom of the app and online schedule.
Home should wear white or light-colored uniforms.
Please bring BOTH sets to avoid issues.

Bench Area
Please help us maintain clean facilities by picking up all trash after your game.
