WAIVER Rangeman Films is an organization which is the company holding this event. As such, we plan to take photos and/or video of your child at our event. All photos and videos will be of children engaging in typical basketball games or training. If a minor is clearly visible and recognizable in a photo being considered for display, permission from a parent, guardian or afterschool program must be granted. Therefore, Rangeman Films LLC requests your permission as follows: I hereby grant permission to RANGEMAN FILMS LLC, to use my child’s/ participant’s photograph on its website, posters, exhibits or in other printed or electronic publication (video, CD, newsletters, brochures, etc.) without further consideration and I acknowledge RANGEMAN FILMS LLC’ right to crop or treat the photograph at its discretion. I also acknowledge that RANGEMAN FILMS LLC may choose not to use these photos at this time but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. I also hereby waive the right to inspect or approve the photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether intended use is known or unknown to me and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs. I also understand that once an image is published or posted on RANGEMAN FILMS LLC website, the image can be downloaded by any computer with access to the Internet. I understand RANGEMAN FILMS LLC cannot control unauthorized use of these photos and videos. Therefore, I hereby agree to release and hold harmless the RANGEMAN FILMS LLC staff, volunteers, contractors or aides, on behalf ________________________from and against any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs or videos, including but not limited to any reuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in production of the finished product. RANGEMAN FILMS LLC reserves the right to discontinue use of photos without notice.
