General Information
COACHES CHECK-IN WILL BE AT THE PACERS ATHLETIC CENTER. EACH TEAM WILL RECEIVE TWO COACHES PASSES AND ONE SCOREKEEPER PASS FOR THE WEEKEND. PASSES MUST BE WORN BOTH DAYS.
TOURNAMENT VENUES:
PACERS ATHLETIC CENTER (8 Courts) — 200 E 186th St A, Westfield, IN 46074
SCHEDULE:
The schedule will be posted here on our tournament website and the Gym Rats App (downloading the Gym Rats App is encouraged)
We do NOT expect changes to the schedule but PLEASE check the schedule again on Friday for any updates.
Any changes to first game times or locations made after 12:00 pm (noon) on Friday will be communicated directly.

Athletes, Coaches, Spectators, & Public:
In an effort to help your experience be the best of the season please be respectful of others.
Abusive language, rude or obnoxious behavior, or poor conduct will NOT be tolerated.
If any parent, player or coach is displaying poor conduct they will be removed from the gym without warning and may not be allowed to return to the event.

$25.00 - (off each Team for programs with 2 teams)
$50.00 - (off each Team for programs with 3 or more teams)
EACH TEAM MUST PROVIDE A SCOREKEEPER/TIMEKEEPER
FIRST TEAM LISTED IS HOME/WEARS LIGHT JERSEYS
REFUND POLICY – NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE
