NBW Hoboken Adult Basketball 2025 Fall League Schedule

Congrats to all those who won a stat category. Please have winners text me at 732-995-0815 to claim their NBW swag if they did not receive at their playoff game already. Our Winter season registration is online and open, shoot me a text if you want your team returning fee, games start the week of January 11th.

We started last night with games and it was a great competitive night. Please use the below top ten as helpful hints and tidbits as you play your first games this and next week. Also note below a few rule adjustments:

Clock will run on all whistles except under 30 seconds in the first half and under 1 minute in the 2nd half.

Top Ten
1. Do not bring any basketballs, we have planty of basketballs for each team to warmup with. When you bring basketballs you run the risk of losing them or confusing them with one of our balls and we lose basketballs. Please do not bring any basketballs.

2. Please be ready to jump on the court and play when you have the next game. Get your shoes on, put your jersey on, stretch, etc. When the game before you ends, place your stuff on the bench and hit the court for a quick warmup. Always remember, if you think its unfair that you only get 1-2 minutes to warmup, the other team is in the same boat.

3. Everyone has work in the morning and keep that in mind as you play. compete, and get some fun exercise. No excessive, wild play, fighting, and or drunk behavior will be tolerated as it creates an unsafe enviroment for all. No diving in to bodies, undercutting, or reckless fouls.

4. Every referee that we use are licensed and carded in the state of NJ. They also do not care which teams win or lose. When you lose and think the refs sucked, the team that won thinks the refs were great, so please don't be that asshole guy that is always complaining and yelling at the refs. It will not be tolerated and you will be kicked out of the league immediately.

5. If you drive and park in Hoboken and do not have a resident permit you can only park on the visitor side of the streets marked with a White sign with green writing and must pay the Parkmobile app as a meter. If you don't follow the parking rules, they will ticket you and if you don't pay the ticket, they will tow you on your next offense. We had 3 players this past summer towed.

6. We do have our staff keep stats. Pro tip if you care about the stats, before the game starts each player should make sure the ipad has their name and correct jersey number at the scorekeepers table.

7. Gyms: Please treat the gyms with care and respect, do not sit on the stage at Hoboken Catholic Academy, do not bring any food, and throw out your empty water bottles, medical tape, bandages, protein bar wrappers, etc. Everyone is a grown man and its just sloppy and unprofessional to leave a mess for another grown man to clean up.

8. Every player must have a NBW jersey, an automatic 3 points will be given to the opposing team for those who do not have a nbw jersey. No jerseys from other leagues or teams will be allowed.

9. Fun banter back and forth against opposing players is good to go. If it becomes toxic and aggressive, players will be booted from the game. Just have fun and enjoy the competition, a little trash talking is fine, please don't cross the line.

10. Have your entire team download the Exposure app and favorite this season so everyone is kept in the loop and can follow the stat leaders, game results, box scores, standings, and full schedules.
