Hello All

For those of you who have never participated in a Big Time Balling event one thing we love to do is spotlight players with live player interviews throughout the tournament weekend.

While we can’t interview every player we want YOU to help us identify a few Players to Watch 👀

Please reply with one player from your team:
• Team Name
• Player Name & Jersey Number
• A SHORT description of their game (shooter, lockdown defender, athletic guard, floor general, bucket getter, etc.)

This helps our media team keep an eye on them throughout the event.

All rosters must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM today. Any team that has not submitted a completed roster by the deadline will receive a 7-point penalty with no exceptions and no questions asked.

Please make sure your roster is submitted on time to avoid penalties and delays.

Head Coaches are responsible for the behavior of each assistant coach, player, and spectator traveling with their program. Please provide the following Warning to all who are traveling with your team.

7 Points for roster not being submitted by the 5 pm on Friday deadline.

BTB manages the clock

WARNING – THIS IS A ZERO-TOLERANCE EVENT

- No Profanity within the venue

- No abusive language within the venue

- No aggressive Behavior or Gestures within venue

- Respect the Officials or be EJECTED from the Venue

- Spectators are not allowed on the Court during Game Play

Failing to follow these rules will result in your EJECTION from the Venue. Stay home if you can’t control yourself.

This is the first and only warning that you will receive!

If, after receiving this warning you verbally abuse any player, coach, game official or spectator, or engage in behavior that is disruptive or interferes with a game participant or another spectator. You will be immediately ejected from the venue without refund.

Game Rules

· TEAMS MUST REMOVE ALL DEBRIS AFTER EACH GAME

· 20 mins per half (All Ages) Clock stops under 1 minute each half

· 2 Min halftime

· One full and one 30-second time-out per half, no rollover

· Overtime consists of 1 minute. Double overtime is sudden death (first team to score). Can win on a free throw

· Free throws are "ON THE RELEASE.”

· Each player has 5 fouls before disqualification

· Fouls. DOUBLE BONUS on 10th foul

- BRACKET PLAY ONLY - if the deficit is 20 or more with 2 minutes, the game can be called.

THE TEAM DEPICTED ON THE LEFT OR TOP OF THE SCHEDULE IS HOME. (BTB will provide scorekeeper band)

· High School Federation Rules apply for all other scenarios

Total win points are maxed at 15. You win by 30 all you receive is 15.

Tickets / Wristbands

Spectators must wear bands on WRIST; they are not family bands but individual bands. Failure to have on WRIST will result in repayment.

Coaches must have their wristbands on person the entire weekend. Lead by example and keep your band on your wrist.

Team Check-In

Coaches/Teams must check in at the venue of their first game.

Team Rosters

All teams must have a complete roster. Players who are out of compliance will not be able to play their first game until it's completed. Submit the final roster by 5 pm Friday. An email has been sent to those who are out of compliance.

Effective immediately, all official team rosters must be submitted by Friday, May 15th at 5:00 PM before the event. Any team that fails to submit its roster by the deadline will receive a -7 point penalty applied to tournament standings. Rosters must be submitted online.

In addition, any player not listed on the official submitted roster will NOT be allowed to participate under any circumstances. There will be absolutely no exceptions made at check-in, during pool play, or bracket play.

These policies are being enforced to protect the integrity of competition, eliminate roster manipulation, and ensure a fair experience for all teams participating in Big Time Balling events.

Please make sure your roster is accurate and submitted on time to avoid penalties or player eligibility issues.

The official tournament schedule will be posted tonight by 9:00 PM at the very latest. In the event of any final adjustments, the latest possible release time will be tomorrow by 10:00 AM.
