SES 2025 FALL CHAMPIONSHIP

Welcome to the Inaugural SES Fall Championships. We appreciate all of you running with us and getting some great reps as we get ready for high school and middle school seasons all around the Panhandle.

Tournament Rules:
16 minute stop clock halves. Clock stops when the shooter gets the ball at the free throw line, or a timeout or referee stoppage. The clock does stop for all dead balls last 2 minutes of 2nd half only, not first half.
4 timeouts per game. You can use them whenever you want.
All divisions will play with a 29.5 ball. Home team is responsible for game ball.
5 fouls per player per game.
Absolutely no fighting or abusive language. Any player leaving the player bench or engaging in excessive fighting, language or taunting on court will be immediately ejected. We know all the teams here, let's have fun. We dont anticipate any problems.
No one on the players side, stages, or bench side during games. No videographers, social media, or stat managers at the table. The only people at scorer's table allowed are in game players, referees, and coaches.
Any parent coming on the court will be removed from the venue. Again, we know all of yall here, don't anticipate any problems, let's enjoy it.
SES provides book and clock workers. Enjoy the games as a fan.

Gate fees:
weekend pass $20.00
Saturday day pass $15.00.
Sunday day pass $ 10.00
Children 12 and under free

Bag policy: All bags are subject to search. No weapons, alcohol, or illicit drugs allowed on any school property. Any violations of this will result in immediate ejection and law enforcement interaction. For the last time, we know yall, let's have fun and enjoy the weekend with teams who know each other.

Awards: Rings for 1st, Medals for 2nd.

Schedule request; All payments must be made by Friday of this week.

Concessions: I am told concessions will be available at both gyms. We will update the concession options on Friday.

We will email or text each of you on payment. We offer venmo and cashapp pay options, or if your local, you can make arrangments to pay locally before tournament.

Thank you again for running with us, even with this small field, we have some really good competition scheduled and worked to make sure we all get great games.

Hi all,

Shold have finished by 9:00 PM tonight. Once posted will send out an alert. We will post tourney rules, gate fee, etc. tomorrow but working to get you the schedule tonight. I'm sorry for the delay, I'm waiting on one more team to confirm. Small tourney by our standards but good teams and reps. Our gate will also be lower than the normal 30/40 we are charging. Thanks for balling with us. Cool rings for this one too!
