Hello! Please note the following ticket and wristband policies:

• If you purchase a ticket through the QR code link, you MUST go to the Greensboro Coliseum to pick up your wristband.
• The Greensboro Sportsplex cannot issue wristbands for tickets purchased online through the QR code.
• You may also purchase wristbands in person at the Greensboro Sportsplex and receive your wristband immediately at purchase.

Please double-check that you purchase the correct wristband and pick it up at the appropriate location. There will be no refunds for incorrect purchases or unclaimed wristbands.

Please double-check the schedule tonight, as updates were made throughout the day. Any games that appear on your schedule are games your team is expected to play, even games in the bracket that your team may have already advanced from.

EVENT BEGINS FRIDAY AT 8 AM. TEAMS ARE EXPECTED TO BE READY TO PLAY THEN. The home team is listed at the bottom on both the App and the website. Teams, please be prepared to wear EITHER uniform, as we are early in the season and some teams may only have one uniform or may even be improvising this weekend. General Information

Spectator Tickets are $30 a day or $75 tournament pass. Children 10 & under are $10 a day.

Taxes and fees will be included at the Greensboro Coliseum per the facility’s policy. This is a government-owned building, and we have no control over these charges.

Spectators will purchase tickets via a QR code through the Greensboro Coliseum. Please make sure you purchase the correct wristband the first time. If you purchase the incorrect wristband, NO refunds will be issued, and you will be required to purchase the correct wristband again to gain entry.

If you prepurchase a ticket via the QR code, you MUST go to the Greensboro Coliseum first to verify your ticket and receive your wristband. The Greensboro Sportsplex cannot honor a QR code receipt. If you do not first stop at the Coliseum to receive your wristband, you will be denied entry at the Sportsplex and will be required to purchase a new wristband.

Tickets purchased at the Greensboro Sportsplex will be available for purchase in person only. No QR code, no additional taxes or fees will be added, and spectators will receive their wristband immediately upon purchase.

The Greensboro Coliseum is completely cashless. Cash will not be accepted anywhere inside the venue.

Both venues, the Greensboro Coliseum and the Greensboro Sportsplex, enforce a clear bag policy. Spectators who do not follow this policy may be required to return the bag to their vehicle or dispose of it before entry.

Parking at the Greensboro Coliseum must be purchased on site each day. Spectators attending games at the Greensboro Sportsplex will not have to pay for parking.

We do not offer refunds 30 days prior to the event.

Teams located further than 90 miles from the venue are required to book a minimum of 5 hotels through our portal. If a team does not book the minimum hotels with us, a $200 fee will be required upon team check-in.

Insider Exposure Grassroots Game Rules:
The venue will be open to fans and participants 30 minutes before the first scheduled game time each day of the competition. Each team is expected to arrive at least 1 hour before their game time, unless they are in the first game. 

DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE FIRST GAME TIME EACH DAY!!

The home team is responsible for providing the official book

Teams will be allowed a MAX of 2 coaches per team. Coaches MUST check in at the Greensboro Coliseum before their first game.  Coaches will be required to show ID for their band.  Bands must be worn at all times.
  
Games will consist of 2 sixteen-minute (16) minute stopped time halves. (Grades 7th - 12)
For younger divisions - 6th Grade & Younger 14 Minute Halves.
Each team will be given three (3) 45-second timeouts 
Halftime will be 1 minute
Warm-up will be 2 minutes 

Player Fouls - Each player will be allowed 6 fouls before disqualification from the game.
Team Fouls - Teams will shoot two (2) Free Throws on the 10th team foul of each half.
On a technical foul
There will be a 1 shot, and the game will resume at the previous point of interruption. 

Overtime will be 2 minutes. If a 2nd OT is needed, the first team to score two points (in any manner) will be declared the winner.

Tie Breakers will be done on a head-to-head basis.  If there is a 3 way tie, we will use point differential up to +/- 20 points.

Mercy Rule Conditions
At any time, if the score reaches a deficit, the clock will be running until the score has been cut to less than 10 points.
30 Points at any point in the game
20 points under 10 minutes in the 2nd half

Advancing the Ball Under 1 Minute to Play
A team that uses its own timeout can advance the ball to half court with under a minute to go at any point they have possession of the ball in the backcourt.

All other NFHS rules will be in effect. Any rule clarifications should be consulted with the event director before the tip-off of the current game. Any rules that are in effect during a game will be at the discretion of the officials for that particular game. There will be a 5-second closely guarded, no shot clock, and 10-second backcourt in all games.

Elam Ending may be used for select games at the discretion of both the Event Director and both team coaches.  

The event operator and tournament staff have the final say on all rulings regarding tournament rules. Coaches are responsible for their team and parents' behavior and will be asked to handle sportsmanship issues accordingly. 

Fighting Policy:
The police will be contacted and encouraged to press charges against any individual who engages in fighting. 
The individuals fighting will be ejected from the gym and will not be allowed to return to the event. 
The teams involved in the fight will forfeit the game, and it will count as a double loss. At the moment of the fight, the game immediately ends. 
Any second altercation with a team will result in removal from the tournament without refund. 

The Tournament Director reserves the right to review all situations individually.

Ticket Policy:
Ticket prices vary by event and are available for purchase in person only. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or reassigned to another individual.
No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to forfeits, schedule changes, or early departures.
Any individual removed from the event for misconduct will not receive a refund and may be denied re-entry.

Wristband Policy:
Wristbands must be applied by Insider Exposure staff at the time of purchase and worn securely on the wrist at all times for entry and re-entry.
Any wristband that is removed, lost, damaged, transferred, or altered in any way will be considered void and will require the purchase of a new wristband.
All determinations regarding wristband validity are at the sole discretion of Insider Exposure staff, and all decisions are final.
No refunds or replacements will be issued under any circumstances.

Spectator Conduct Policy:
All spectators are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner toward players, coaches, officials, staff, and other attendees at all times.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Verbal abuse, harassment, or intimidation of staff, officials, or participants
Use of profanity or threatening language
Disruptive, aggressive, or unsportsmanlike conduct
Refusal to follow instructions from event staff or security
Any spectator engaging in prohibited behavior may be removed from the event immediately, without warning.

Individuals removed for misconduct will not receive a refund and may be denied re-entry for the remainder of the event and/or future events.
All determinations of misconduct are at the sole discretion of Insider Exposure staff, and all decisions are final.

Prohibited Items & Venue Rules:
The following items are not permitted:
• Weapons of any kind
• Illegal or controlled substances
• Alcohol or tobacco products (where prohibited)
• Fireworks or hazardous materials
• Any item deemed unsafe by staff or security

Insider Exposure and event staff reserve the right to determine, at their sole discretion, whether any item poses a safety, security, or operational concern and
may prohibit or remove any item not explicitly listed above.

Pets are not permitted except certified service animals.

Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted unless restricted by venue policy and must be disposed of properly. Event staff may restrict or revoke these privileges if necessary due to safety, cleanliness, or facility requirements.

Staff and security reserve the right to inspect bags and remove prohibited or unattended items.

Health & Safety Policies:
Assumption of Risk
All participants and spectators acknowledge that attendance and participation in live sporting events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accidents.
By attending or participating, all individuals voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event.
Insider Exposure, its staff, partners, and affiliated facilities shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident occurring in connection with the event

Medical Support Services
Certified athletic trainers will be on-site when available to provide basic medical support, first aid, and injury evaluation for athletes. These services are not guaranteed. 
Medical staff are present for immediate care and injury response only and are not responsible for diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or long-term care. These services do not replace emergency medical care when required.
Medical support services are provided to athletes only. Spectators will not receive medical services beyond emergency response.
Athletic trainers may provide taping; however, athletes must supply their own tape and pre-wrap. If supplies are not provided, materials may be provided at the staff's discretion and may incur a fee.

Emergency Response & Medical Costs
Emergency medical services may be contacted without prior consent in the event of a serious injury or medical emergency.
All medical costs, including emergency transport or hospital care, are the responsibility of the individual receiving care or their parent/guardian.
Insider Exposure staff and medical personnel reserve the right to remove an athlete from participation if continued play is determined to present a risk to their health or safety.

Facility Safety & Participant Responsibilities
All participants and spectators must remain in designated areas and follow all venue rules and staff instructions at all times.
Athletes and teams are responsible for being medically prepared, including bringing necessary supplies, equipment, and any required medications such as inhalers or EpiPens.
Failure to follow safety guidelines or staff direction may result in removal from
participation or the facility.

NCAA Certified

Verify that this event is NCAA certified by visiting certified basketball events and summer leagues on the NCAA website.

All teams participating at an NCAA certified event must register online prior to reporting to participate in the event. Failure to register and submit all required information will result in a team being denied participation in all NCAA certified events. Coaches are expected to keep their online rosters updated.

All individuals who are involved in coaching activities at a NCAA certified event must renew their USA Basketball Coach License and be approved by the NCAA prior to participation in the event. This must be completed in order to sit on a bench at any NCAA certified event.
