Greetings Coaches,

A few items we need to disseminate to you before Saturday -


SPECTATOR TICKETS: $35 tournament pass or $20 a day. Children 10 & Under $5/day.


SCHEDULE


PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP/ARRIVE IN THE PARKING LOT UNTIL 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE FIRST GAME EACH DAY!!


FIGHTING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED WHATSOEVER. POLICE WILL BE CALLED, AND YOUR TEAM WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT WITH NO REFUND.



1. Home & Away - Home is the bottom team on both the app and the website, and should wear white (or very light colored jerseys)


2. Home Team - The home team is responsible for the official book.


3. Rules are attached, and every court will have a copy.



4. We will not provide balls; please provide your own for warmups.


5. 2 Coach bands provided per team.
Coaches will be required to show ID to check in and receive their wristband.
Coaches will be given wristbands that must remain on for the entire event.
Bands will NOT be reissued. If removed, a spectator band must be purchased.
6. Player Check-In
To help streamline check-in, all athletes should complete their registration in advance using the link below and create an account. Once finished, please have them save the confirmation page showing their account was successfully created. This will allow them to skip lines at team check-in. If an athlete already has a profile, they should have their account ready to show at check-in.

7. Do not leave any trash on your bench once your game is done. Remind your parents to clean up in the bleachers/chairs as well, or the venues will limit what can be brought in.


8. Social Media - Please tag us in any posts, highlights, or updates throughout the event: @InsiderExposure on X and Instagram.

We believe the schedule to be final, but there is always the possibility that it can change. Double-check the schedule tomorrow to ensure you know your game times for Saturday!!
