We have a great response to out Beyond the Arc Jamboree. We are completely full on Sarurday, November 1st. There are other teams who would like to play and have agreed to play on Sunday, November 2nd. If you would like to play additional games on Sunday please let me know and we will add you in.

WE WILL NOT MOVE GAMES FROM SATURDAY TO SUNDAY PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT.

Hi Directors & Coaches,
Thank you for your entry into the Beyond the Arc Middle School Jamboree.

We are excited to host your program at this event. To ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience, please note the following important details. The entry fee for this event is free for all teams. It is crucial that your team adheres to the schedule and attends all games. If you are unable to attend, please notify us immediately so we can offer your spot to one of the 10+ teams on our waiting list. We have limited scheduling requests for this event. There is a two-game guarantee, and we aim to schedule each team's games within an hour or two of each other, if possible.
**Rules:** *
**5th - 6th Grade:**
Two 12-minute stop-clock halves
* **7th - 8th Grade:**
Two 14-minute stop-clock halves *
One timeout per half *
All overtimes are sudden death (first team to score wins) *
No individual player foul disqualification (officials will monitor hard play) *
No 7th team foul one-and-one;
10th foul results in two shots

* All teams must have matching uniforms with numbers on both the front and back.
All players must sign a liability waiver before participating in this event.

We will send the waiver documents along with the schedule

. Please note that officials will use this event for training new, lightly experienced, and veteran officials.

The schedule will be released on October 20, 2025, at 9:00 PM.

Games will run from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, November 1, 2025.

**Entry Fees for Spectators:**

* Adults: $13.00

* Students: $8.00 * Children 6 and under: FREE
