Doors open: 8:30 AM
Coach check-in: Please check in 30 minutes before your first game.
Each team receives 2 coach wristbands at check-in.
Players must be in uniform to enter and play.

We’re excited to get things rolling tomorrow! Here are a few quick reminders to help everything run smooth.
1) CHECK THE SCHEDULE (MOST IMPORTANT)
Please make sure you check the schedule again tonight and in the morning before heading to the gym. Schedules can update due to last-minute changes, so the online schedule will always be the most accurate version.
2) ARRIVE EARLY
Plan to arrive at least 30–45 minutes before your first game. This helps with parking, warm-ups, and avoiding any delays.
3) GAME BALLS & UNIFORMS
Bring your own warm-up balls.
Teams must have light and dark jerseys.
Jerseys must have legal numbers.
4) COACHES RESPONSIBILITIES
Please control your bench and help us keep a positive environment.
Only coaches and players are allowed on the bench.
Good sportsmanship will be enforced throughout the event.
5) FACILITY / EVENT RULES
Please respect the gyms and staff.
No outside food/drinks if the facility does not allow it.

We’ll have a site director at each location. If anything comes up during the event—questions, issues, or anything you need help with—please go straight to the site director on site and they’ll take care of you.

The Fadeaway One Day Bracket Bash is a fast-paced, bracket-style tournament designed for D2 AND COMPETITIVE DEVELOPMENTAL TEAMS who want to compete for real awards in a single day.

PLAYER VERIFICATION (BIRTH CERTIFICATE + REPORT CARD)
All teams must have BIRTH CERTIFICATES and the MOST RECENT REPORT CARDS available for every player to verify AGE AND GRADE.
- Verification will NOT be checked before games, but is REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY IF A PROTEST IS FILED regarding a player's eligibility.
- COACHES MUST HAVE PAPERWORK ON HAND AT ALL GAMES (physical binder or accessible digital copies).
- Any player who cannot be verified at the time of protest will be RULED INELIGIBLE and may result in a TEAM PENALTY/FORFEIT per tournament rules.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR EVERY PLAYER:
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE (age verification)
- MOST RECENT REPORT CARD (grade verification)
DIVISION GUIDELINES:
- D1 (Elite/Advanced): High-level travel or circuit teams with advanced players and consistent tournament experience.
- D2 (Developmental/Competitive): Strong local or regional teams still developing chemistry, fundamentals, or physicality.
WARNING: D1 teams are allowed, but must play up at least one grade level to ensure fair play across all divisions.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday at 9:00 PM the week of the event, or until divisions fill. SPOTS ARE LIMITED - SECURE YOUR TEAM'S PLACE EARLY!
REMINDER: This is a youth-centered, competitive event. We expect all coaches, players, and spectators to uphold SPORTSMANSHIP AND RESPECT at all times.
