USSSA 2nd Annual Holiday Hoops with Santa & DJ Hootie Mack Star City

Spectator pics are also available for $10 paid to the photographer. He accepts all forms of payment.

All pictures are instant prints with photo holders.

Santa is expected to the here until 3pm

Santa & Pictures:

Santa will be available from 11am-3pm Saturday. All teams receive a free picture with Santa and the team. Visiting Santa is free for everyone.

Spectators that would like a picture can do so for $10 paid to the photographer. All pictures will be printed instantly and placed in a photo holder. He will be accepting all forms of payment.

***If visits to Santa start to become very infrequent we will let Santa leave early and return to the North Pole :) So please plan accordingly.

Santa 50/50 Raffle:

Santa does not charge me for coming. He just wants our kids to have a good Christmas basketball time. He doesn't know it but we will be having a 50/50 raffle with all the proceeds to Santa.

Toy/Sock Drive:

This will go all day for those who are able to donate. We are only a collection site for Joyous Givers but I have had several people and orgs in the community ask me how to receive toys collected. There is a real need in the community and surrounding areas. If you have the means to please consider donating unwrapped toys or socks.

I will be unavailable today traveling but will be at the event tomorrow and look forward to any jolly Saturday of basketball.

Schedule:

No additional schedule changes will be made. At this stage forfeits will be applied if unable to attend a game as scheduled. There were an enormous amount of advance schedule requests and all were honored.

To adjust at this stage creates risk. Just a reminder that teams with game forfeits or late drops from an event aren't eligible for Team Rankings and two late drops from an event disqualifies a team from future events.

Rosters:

Emails were sent to those who don’t have a roster in Exposure. You only need to submit a fresh roster once a season but can make any adjustments as needed throughout the season. If you received an email from Exposure requesting a roster please complete that before tomorrow.
