We are writing with sincere regret to inform you that we must cancel the upcoming Halloween Tournament due to unforeseen circumstances.
We understand how disappointing this news may be, and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to your plans and preparation. This decision was not made lightly, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support.
To show our gratitude for your patience, we would like to offer you $75 off registration for our Thanksgiving Tournament, taking place on November 26, 28–29. We hope you’ll consider joining us then for a great weekend of competition.
To redeem your discount, simply reply to this email or mention the Halloween cancellation when registering.

Thursday 4 - 9pm
Friday 4 - 9pm
Saturday 7am - 9pm
Boys
2nd - 9th
3 Divisions Gold (D1) & Silver (D2) & Bronze (D3)
Girls 4th - Jr High
**Divisions will be combined if there isn't enough in each division.
Spectator Gate Fee
$10/day $25/Weekend
3 game guarantee
