1. Please download Dynasty app to view schedule(s), scores, follow team(s) and more. Please check schedules.
2. Always check schedules up to 2 hours before game time in case of changes
3. Coaches check in is Saturday only! Coaches band received is for entire event, one per coach, we will not replace. Please communicate at check in if a coach will only be there on Sunday, this will ensure band will be at gate on Sunday and coach can pick up with valid ID, again there is no check in on Sunday.
4. Roster edits will have to be done at coach's check with site director on Saturday only. ONLY added player(s) name has to be completed legibly on a dynasty roster form (available in documents and also at check in) accompanied with a $15 paid fee (per team). It is the coach's responsibility to verify players on preprinted scoresheets and make any edits with Site Director on Saturday only. All roster edit fees are donated to St. Judes Children's hospital.
5. No player write ins are allowed on Sunday.
6. Please BRING warmup balls
7. Players have to be on roster and in uniform for entry
8. Doors open earliest 20 - 30 minutes before first scheduled game of the day.
9. No coolers allowed on gym floor
