Roster Edit Form

Scoresheets are preprinted with players information that is entered in Exposure and attached to Dynasty event by the deadline which is Wednesday, 7pm before event begins. Please check listed players on scoresheet before your first game. Any discrepancies please bring to our attention immediately. Please fill out the Dynasty roster form completely (available online under documents tab or at check in) and legibly with team name, grade, division, coaches name, contact phone number and ONLY MISSING OR ADDED player(s) information, first and last name and turn into coaches check in with $15 fee that is donated to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Player write ins are NOT allowed on Sunday. Only players preprinted on scoresheets will be allowed to play on Sunday. Any questions, please see Check In or Site Director. Thank you.
