Wisconsin Premier Youth League Venues

The following process is used in the event of cancellation of games due to weather.
NO GAMES ARE CURRENTLY CANCELLED

if we have to cancel games due to weather
1--the schools we host in DRIVE this decision
2--IF there is a weather cancellation--we notify the following lists
---everyone that is connected to exposure
---all waiver emails submitted

Again as of right now NO games are cancelled for the Dec 13-14 weekend

All schools are located on the same campus and ground at Pewaukee School District. They can enter Pewaukee High School on GPS to get to all schools. Please understand the campus is a One-Way Traffic Pattern in a square.


Entry for PHS and Asa Clark (Middle School 1) - All players, coaches, and spectators must enter the front doors of Pewaukee High School. There is no entry for Asa Clark other than this entrance. Asa Clark Middle School is attached to PHS and a short walk down hallway off of the atrium and you are at the gym. We will also have full concession stand at PHS.


Everyone playing in Horizon School (Middle School 2) will be able to enter the front doors of the school. We will have limited concessions at this location.

Two teams were removed from tomorrow's event. Team's with drastic changes have been contacted. Other team's should check for courts and location changes throughout the day. CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE!

Coaches/Program Directors,

Here are some items for to make sure things go smoothly for everyone tomorrow in our first session at Justagame in Wisconsin Dells and Reedsburg:


1- Admission fees are FREE for kids 6 or under, $7 for senior citizens and kids age 6-17 and $10 for adults. Payable in cash, venmo or credit card tap.
2- Two coaches and one scorekeeper will get free admittance. They will sign in upon arrival at their first game at COACHES CHECK-IN
3- Reminder for teams to have cash for officials ($35 per game), or pay them via venmo, paypal, zelle, etc.
4- We suggest downloading and utilizing our app- L and L Sports. It will have all the scheduling information that is needed along with other information. *Please double-check your schedule to avoid any mishaps!

5- Coaches, make sure your roster is updated and all waivers are completed! And check the game rules ATTACHED TO THIS MESSAGE so you aren't caught off guard.
6- Please share our "socials" to your entire program: www.wpybl.com is our website. It has a fair amount of information currently on it, with a lot more to come! Take note that there will be a "Premier Buckets" court that will be livestreamed with announcers, etc that will be accessible. Additionally- X and Instagram also use @wpybl Content will be added in live-time during the session games by our social media team.
7- Lastly, Coaches- please do some preventative work with EVERYONE in your program regarding exhibiting positive behaviors. Our team is committed to high expectations and a top quality experience for everyone involved!
