Reminders

1. Please download Dynasty Hoops app to view schedule(s), scores, follow team(s) and more. Any further requests will result in a $75 charge just to be reviewed, and it is not guaranteed! Coaches had ample time to inquire and/or do a schedule request online.

2. Always check schedules up to 2 hours before game time in case of changes

3. Coaches check in is Saturday only. Coaches band received is for entire event, one per coach, we will not replace. Please communicate at check in if a coach will only be there on Sunday, this will ensure band will be at gate on Sunday and coach can pick up with valid ID, again there is no check in on Sunday.

4. Any further roster edits will have to be done at coach's check in on Saturday only, added name(s) has to be completed legibly on a dynasty roster form (available in documents and also at check in) accompanied with a $15 paid fee (per team), 100% of roster edit fees are donated to St. Jude Children's hospital.

5. Scoresheets are preprinted and will be at gym. No player write ins are allowed on Sunday.

6. WARM UP BALLS: please bring your own warmup balls, thank you.

7. Players have to be on roster and in uniform for entry

8. Doors open daily 30 minutes before first scheduled game time

9. Admission is $25 daily, 5 and under are free

10. No food allowed, no large coolers allowed

Roster Edit Form

Scoresheets are preprinted with players information that is entered in Exposure and attached to Dynasty event by the deadline which is Wednesday, 7pm before event begins. Please check listed players on scoresheet before your first game. Any discrepancies please bring to our attention immediately. Please fill out the Dynasty roster form completely (available online under documents tab or at check in) and legibly with team name, grade, division, coaches name, contact phone number and ONLY ADDED OR MISSING player(s) information, first and last name and turn into coaches check in with $15 fee that is donated to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Player write ins are NOT allowed on Sunday. Only players preprinted on scoresheets will be allowed to play on Sunday. Any questions, please see Check In or Site Director. Thank you.
