Tournament Terms and Conditions:
By registering for this tournament, the registering team agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Team Responsibility:
All teams are responsible for the conduct of their players, coaches, and spectators. Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in warnings, ejections, forfeits, or disqualification from the tournament at the discretion of the tournament officials or director.
Rosters & Eligibility:
Team rosters must be submitted before the tournament begins. Players must meet the age and grade eligibility requirements for their division. No player may participate on more than one team in the same division.
Game Rules:
All games will follow the official tournament rules provided prior to the event. Teams are expected to be on time and ready to play. Game schedules, rules, and venue details will be sent out ahead of the tournament.
Injury and Liability Waiver:
Participation in the tournament is at the players’ and teams’ own risk. The tournament organizers, staff, and facility are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the event.
Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by the Tournament Director. Approved refunds may be partial or full, depending on the timing and circumstances of the request. No refunds will be issued after the tournament schedule has been released, except in extraordinary circumstances as determined by the Director.
Weather or Event Cancellations:
In the event of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the Tournament Director will determine whether rescheduling or partial refunds are possible. Teams will be notified of any changes as early as possible.
Photography & Media Consent:
By participating in the tournament, teams consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the event for promotional or social media purposes.
Code of Conduct:
All participants, including players, coaches, and spectators, are expected to maintain a respectful and positive environment. Any actions deemed inappropriate or harmful to the spirit of the tournament may result in removal from the event.
