General Information
"I To We" Basketball League Plan for ages 4–14, using the Synergy Five-Stage Model with a behavior-based point system that develops character, emotional intelligence, and team unity alongside basketball skills.

Little Leaders 4–6 Years 3v3/5V5 Half Court/Full Court
Junior Synergy 7–9 Years 3V3/5V5 Half Court/Full court
Team Builders 10–12 Years 5v5 Full Court
Unity Squad 13–18 Years 5v5 Full Court
Season Format
Length: 8 Weeks (1 practice + 1 game per week)
Game Length: 4 quarters, 6–8 minutes each
Scoring System: Game Score + Synergy Score = Final Score
Synergy Point System: 5-Stage Model
Each stage has a focus behavior category, age-appropriate example, and point value. Synergy points are awarded by coaches or designated “Synergy Spotters.”
