Team will receive 3 coach passes into the event. Coaches must be listed on your EXPOSURE registration to be considered. Teams that play in a Legacy Basketball event must have a Legacy Waiver & Roster Form completely filled out and turned in prior to their first event during the calendar year. The calendar season runs from January 1st to December 31st. Only one roster* is necessary for the season. The Legacy Waiver & Roster Form may be turned in one of two ways: Completed prior to the event, scanned, and emailed to dnealy@legacycentermichigan.com. The SCAN must be neat, legible, and easily readable. Pictures from phones are not acceptable. These rosters will be saved electronically for the season. Completed prior to the event and brought to the Coach Check-In area upon arrival. If a roster is not filled out prior to the event, it’s the coach's responsibility to get the Legacy Waiver and Roster Form completely filled out prior to their first contest. These rosters will be saved in paper form for the season. * If players need to be added to the roster for later events, please fill out a new roster/or add the player to the existing roster and email it or bring it to the event. Refund Policy

Legacy Basketball Events Refund Policy Teams must be paid 7 days prior to the event to be placed on the schedule. Teams may withdraw from the event up to 14 days before the events start date and receive a full refund. Teams who withdraw must notify and confirm their withdrawal with event directors through email or phone. Teams who withdraw 13 days before the event will not receive a refund. In the case of an event being cancelled, or not enough teams in a specific age group, teams will be issued a full refund.
