I hope everyone is having a great holiday! I’ve just made some updates to the schedule based on team availability, and notifications should have gone out.
Please take a moment to review the schedule at your earliest convenience. If any of the changes do not work for your team, let me know as soon as possible—the longer we wait, the more difficult it becomes to make adjustments.

Hello Coaches and Team Administrators,
All schedule requests were due by 12/19, and the schedule was released based on the information provided. Since the schedule went out, we’ve been notified that several teams are unavailable to play on January 3–4.
If your team cannot play on those dates, you must update this in the schedule request form that was previously sent as soon as possible.
Please note:
-After this weekend, if a request is not listed in the schedule request form and your team is scheduled but cannot play, the game will be marked as a forfeit and will not be made up.
-We are managing nearly 80 teams, so while I will do my best, I cannot guarantee every schedule request will be honored.
Please disregard the schedule that was sent out today, as major changes will need to be made.

We’re excited to welcome all of our new teams to the league and to welcome back our returning teams for the upcoming winter season. We’re looking forward to another great season of basketball with everyone.
As we prepare to finalize schedules, please review the information below:
đ Family Season Pass
Families can purchase a Family Season Pass that covers the player’s entire family for all 8 regular season games.

Admission without a Family Season Pass is $5 per person, per game.
Please be advised that cell service is limited in many of the schools, so families should be prepared to step outside if needed to complete payments.

If your team has any specific schedule requests, please submit them by December 19th. While we can’t guarantee all requests, we will do our best to accommodate.

If you have not already done so, please submit your team rosters as soon as possible. I will be sending out roster submission links. If jersey numbers are not available yet, you may enter 0 until they are finalized.
Administrators: please be sure to add coach contact information for each of your teams.

Hello everyone,
We were notified about an hour ago that, due to forecasts calling for extremely cold temperatures and 1–3 inches of snow overnight, all games scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday 12/14, are canceled.
Community use of all schools on 12/14 has been canceled, making it impossible to hold games. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives at this time.
We sincerely apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. All games will be rescheduled at a later date, and updated information will be shared as soon as possible.

Hello Coaches,
Welcome to all the new teams joining us this winter, and welcome back to our returning teams! We truly appreciate your support and are excited for another great season.
The schedule for Opening Weekend has been posted. If you haven’t done so already, please make sure your team rosters are submitted before your first game.
A few reminders to share with your families:
-There is an admission fee each weekend.
-Age/grade verifications are required for all players. Anyone without proper verification will not be allowed to play.
-The schools we use are not the best when it comes to cell service, so please advise parents to plan accordingly.
We also encourage families to take advantage of the Season Pass, which offers the best value. It covers each player’s family members for the regular season only. Season Passes will not be valid during playoffs.
If you have any schedule conflicts, please notify me by Wednesday. As we get closer to game day, it becomes much more difficult to make adjustments.
I will be your point of contact throughout the season and will also be handling the scheduling. My goal is to release the full season schedule before the new year. I will also be at one of the gyms each weekend, so feel free to stop by the admission table with any questions, concerns, or just to say hi.
