Hope everyone enjoyed Saturday. The sportsmanship (picking up opponents you fouled) was awesome. Some great games and plays and really enjoyed it. Same rules for tomorrow, no one on the benches, first game doors open st 8:40, etc. Thank you again for running with us and go get it tomorrow. Brackets were posted Friday night, no changes to that. Have an awesome night and let's ball tomorrow.

Most important and we will call a game over this:

NO ONE BEHIND OR ON THE BENCHS DURING GAMES!
Only the current team, 2 coaches, and a statistician are allowed on the bench. No parents, no videography, just current game players and 2 coaches.
No one at the scorer's table. Any parent approaching the player side court will be asked to leave. We take this seriously and have found over the years it's the best experience. All fans on baseline bleachers at Rud or opoosite side bleachers at Bay Haven, North Bay Haven, and Jinks.

First games are at 9:00 at all gyms. We will not open the doors til 8:40 to get set up, sweep the floors, etc. Please do not ask for entry before 8:40 first game teams.

2026 Tournament Rules

 (2) 16-minute halves grades 6 th -Varsity. 5 th & under is 14 -minute
halves. Running clock until last 2 minutes of the 2 nd half. Clock stops on
timeouts.
 4 timeouts per game. 45 seconds in length
 1 &1 free throws on the 7 th foul during a half. Standard free throw
shooting. Clock stops on shooting foul when shooter receives the ball.
 Overtime is 2 minutes. If still tied after first overtime, the 2 nd overtime
is sudden death. First point wins.
 Timeouts from regulation do not carry over into overtime. Fouls carry
over. One timeout in overtime.
 No press up 20 points
 Running clock with a 25-point lead. Game is over at 2 minutes in the
2 nd half if oe team has has a 20-point lead.
 Players may move on the release at the free throw line
 Players must play on Saturday to be eligible for Sunday games
 Only 2 coaches allowed on each team’s bench. Only 1 coach may stand
and coach. No parents or other players should be near the bench

Another tournament in the area folded today and had some teams that already booked rooms that wanted in. We are extremely full but want to take care of those teams that booked rooms and didn't have a place to play. We will have the schedule out late late tonight or tomorrow monring. New teams we added, I can't do schedule requests but will take care of you best we can. Thanks everyone we are officially sold out! There will be a message frome exposure as soon as we publish the schedule.

Please EMAIL me your schedule requests for Saturday. We will do our best but please know it's a request not a guarantee. Also I can't control Sunday schedule as it is based off Saturday play. We recommend you download the free exposure app if you haven't done so. Great resource for tournament weekends. Please email me your logos as well as we will "announce" our paid teams on social media for the tournament. Registration closes tonight at 7:00. Will post rules tomorrow. I need the schedule requests by 5:00 PM Tuesday central standard time.

Got a good field going. We will close registration Monday. Couple of things for those that have not played with us:

1.) Age verify. Teams must have nsid, Panhandles official age verification. Please reach out to me if you have questions. There are no play downs. Players must be on the bench Saturday to play Sunday, you can not add players on Sunday
Panhandle keeps book and clock, all players must be listed in official book and rosters will be checked Saturday to Sunday for any discrepancy.

2.) Payment. We accept cashapp, venmo and working on setting up credit card payment. Excited about our new rollout on ticketing and team payment but we will roll that out at one of John's tournaments soon. Must be paid by Monday night at 9:00PM.

3.) We will send a separate email for schedule requests this weekend. Please do not send now! Please do not text them, just email please.

4.) So far we have 3 venues secured. Dependent on registration we may add one of two more courts.
