PVBL - Winter Wonderland Tournament Schedule

Good Morning,

Reminder all games are at the Rockville Sportsplex which is located at 60 Southlawn Ct. Rockville, MD 20850. There is ample parking there. Access to the cour will not be until 11:45 a.m.

Coaches please have your players leave there personal basketballs at home. Only coaches should have basketballs!

Please be on-time to your games. Give yourself enough time to travel through the streets safely. Spectators can either sit within the court area or in the above seating. Nobody is aloud to sit in the hall or walkway areas. Only Coaches should have basketballs with them?

Sunday's schedule has been adjusted and updated for the Winter Wonderland Tournament and the Closing of all Schools in Montgomery County, all games Sunday 12/14/2025 have been moved to the Rockville Sportplex Court 3 (60 Southlawn Ct. Rockville, MD 20850) and the first game will be at noon.

Due to the weather, Montgomery County School will be closed tomorrow. We will be moving all games to the Rockville Sportsplex. I will be adjusting the schedules by 7:30 pm. Please be patient.

Good Morning,

Thank you for joining our annual Winter Wonderland Tournament. Primary comunications will come out in this form. We will keep you updated as changes occur or of any information that you need to know!

The 1st draft of Saturday's schedule will be available by Wednesday December 10, 2025 @ 12:00 pm. If you do find an error in the schedule, please email info@pvbl.org.. We will be working on updates and Sunday's draft schedule today. The schedule will be available via the Exposure Events App or via the link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/255922/pvbl-winter-wonderland-tournament/schedule.

Many games will be taped! Attached are the rules a copy of them will be available to vew on the table as well.

Please note the following:
- Coaches are responsible, for their staff, team, and spectators
- Coaches must pick up there weekend bands on the first day. (Only 2 coaches per team)
- Players must be wearing there uniforms in order to enter
- Spectator Fee is $20/day or $30/weekend (NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES)
- Gaithersburg M.S. Gym will be available no earlier than 8:45 a.m. on each morning
- Shady Grove M.S. Gym will be available no earlier than 1:45 p.m. on each morning
- Watkins Mill H.S. Gyms will be available no earlier than 9:45 a.m. on each morning
- We would appreciate it the coaches kept all of the basketballs under their control.
- We will have light concessions for the weekend, but their are many eating establishments close by. (No FOOD or Drinks in the GYMS)
- A link will be sent out by Thursday with a request to update your Rosters for those who wish to complete the rosters online.
