Good evening, as we prepare for Championship Sunday @ The Orlando Summer Jamfest

Please check the final schedule online. It was just updated since all Saturday scores are final, and brackets are set.

Below are a few housekeeping notices.

1. Coaches, we understand that it’s championship Sunday, and emotions can run high, especially with players and parents. Please communicate with players and parents. Coaches, your teams will be held accountable for the actions of parents in the stands.

2. There will be a small awards presentation with pictures, trophies, and certificates for champions and runners-up. Please ensure that players have their full names and Instagram accounts for the awards. Please do not leave after your game; we will meet you.

3. For programs with multiple teams, please note that only players on the current roster can sit on the bench. Older or younger players in the same organization cannot sit on the bench unless it’s their official game.

Good afternoon to all participants of The Orlando Summer Jamfest @ The Big House. We are excited to for a great weekend of basketball. Schedule is currently in process and will be released later this evening, but there are still multiple teams who have NOT completed payment.

Games will start after 10 am on Saturday

Boys Grades: 5th - 12th
Girls Grades: 8th, JV, & Varsity

1. NO OUTSIDE BALLS PERMITTED IN THE BIG HOUSE

Please make sure all parents scan our ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY on the QR code provided on A-Frames at the facilities or visit the website to review policies and suspensions.

Starting this season, we will be implementing a new process that will be extremely strict regarding rosters. Since we preprint all scoresheets with the FULL names of the players, please ensure that you adhere to all the details mentioned below.

1. Please deactivate any players who are not participating in this weekend’s event.
2. Any player not listed on the roster before 8 pm on Friday will not be able to participate throughout the entire weekend.
3. We will not accept written names on scoresheets until bracket play commences on Sunday. (Players who didn't participate on Saturday, cannot participate on Sunday)
4. Our staff will now monitor book and scoresheet checks at any time during an event to prevent cheating and address teams that fail to adhere to the roster rules.
5. We suggest leaving the # section blank on your online roster, just in case they don’t arrive with the specified jersey number.

Please see welcome letter attached with all details, and download our app for schedule and facilities address. NOTE the date is wrong on the welcome letter and all other information is accurate.

Coaches/Admins please log into your exposure account and make sure to update all rosters, and coaches list. Players grades 3 - 9, must have DOB enterered into exposure account roster. Your coaches will NOT be allowed to enter if their name and contact information isn’t correctly inputted. Coaches CANNOT have the same phone number and email for every coach.
