We ask all coaches to check back after 10:00 PM or first thing in the morning to confirm any updates or changes.

This event will be CASH ONLY at the door.

If you prefer to purchase tickets electronically, you may do so directly through the OK Fadeaway Hoops app.

JINGLE BUCKETS TOY DRIVE 🎁

This weekend, we are collecting toy donations for the Children’s Hospital.

This is not mandatory, but if any teams, families, or coaches would like to participate, we will have designated donation bins at the gym.

Even one small item goes a long way.

We are CASH ONLY at the door.

ENTRY PRICES

Adults (ages 13–59):
$25 weekend pass
$15 day pass

Kids (ages 5–12), Seniors, and Military (ID required):
$10 per day

UNIFORMS / PLAYER ENTRY

If players are arriving without a parent or coach, we will ask for their team name and confirm they are in uniform.

NO TOLERANCE / SPORTSMANSHIP (IMPORTANT)

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for unsportsmanlike behavior. This includes players, coaches, and spectators. Please help us set the tone: respect officials, opponents, and staff so we can keep the weekend positive and organized for everyone.

If anything comes up for the weekend, please see the Site Director at the gym in person (OK Fadeaway Hoops team). Calling or email response may be delayed on game days.
