The game schedule for Jan 24-25 has undergone some edits today, so please look at the app for up-to-date changes.

As of now, ALL games are planned to be played as scheduled!

Reminder: All bracket placements are not seeded and teams form the same program will be on opposite sides of a bracket, or in a different bracket entirely.

Tournament admissions: $10

Sites are encouraged to enter game results ASAP & accurately to help with tournament brackets, as well as regular season results.

Reminders that EOY tournaments will be under the same rules as the regular season. Game officials work a variety of grade levels and divisions from one hour to the next, so encouraging coaches to provide a gentle reminder to officials of the division participating in the upcoming game does not hurt.

Coaches & families are encouraged to use the bracket option on the app to view upcoming game times - many times/locations are dependent upon win/loss of a previous game. The game managers will need time to input results across all courts & the app does take a moment to refresh, so do not expect that schedule/bracket update to happen immediately upon completion of games. Be patient. Know the options by looking at the app... if your team is participating in a bracket, the day's schedule likely only lists their first game, which is why we encourage all to view the entire bracket to find their team placement & upcoming games. All teams will play in a minimum of 2 games. A 3rd game is not guaranteed in EOY tournament events.

Regular season champions are encouraged to ask admissions tables/facility directors for their season medals. Generally facility directors are busily putting out fires, so they may not always remember to find you! Kindly mention that you are a representative of a regular season champion & that you have medals to collect. Each team will receive ten (10) medals. If your team has more than 10 players, we will get you the extras following the completion of the season. (likely mailed to you)

Tournament champions will also receive medals. Our goal is to have those ready upon completion of championship games (championship division bracket winners are the only champions recognized... no awards for lower brackets or consolation games). If you are at a site & the championship medals are not delivered, please find an admissions person or the facility director to get yours before leaving that site for the day.

For anyone playing in Stoughton this weekend...

Stoughton High School

Parking is available in the main lot off of Devonshire Road. If the parking lot is full, street parking is available on Devonshire Road. Enter the building using the entrance marked "Athletics/Pool". The school entrances off of Lincoln Avenue are locked and unavailable.

River Bluff Middle School

Parking is available in the primary lot. Enter from the corner of North Street and 5th Street. An on-site, auxiliary parking lot on the corner of North Street and North Forrest Street is also available. If both lots are full, street parking is available. Enter the building through the main entrance off of the primary parking lot. All other school entrances will be locked and unavailable.

Cash Only Venues

All Stoughton venues are cash only facilities for both admission and our full concessions menu.

Tickets available for purchase at the group ticket rate.
If you'd like to be seated with others, please plan to secure your tickets around the same time and select available seats near each other.
Tickets will be sent as mobile tickets at the time of purchase. You’ll also have access to transfer tickets to guests at this time.

As this may be the first time some of you have been to Cambridge, I want to send out some important information for this weekend's pod.

1. Location
The games will be taking place at Cambridge High School (403 Blue Jay Way, Cambridge, WI 53523). The only entrance for the games will be through the Athletic Entrance located on the eastside of the High School. There will be signs telling you where you need to go. There is a massive parking lot right next to it but if the parking gets overflowing, there is parking on the other side of the building otherwise feel free to park on the street.

2. Concessions
We will be selling concessions throughout the day. Please take a look at our concession list down below. We will start cleaning up at the end of the last game but if you would like to purchase something for the road, you are more than welcome to.

We are also able to take card payments for concessions. This includes Apple Pay and Android Pay.

3. Gate Fees
As per BDL rules, we will be charging a gate fee. If you pay with cash it will be $5 per person otherwise it will be $5.31 by card.

All players, coaches and anyone under the age of 6 get in for free.

4. Game Schedules
We will have the game schedules located at the admission tables as well as at the entrance of either gyms so that everyone can see when and where each game is at. Feel free to take one from the Admissions table.

5. Expectations
We expect everyone to uphold good sportsmanship throughout the day. If you fail to show good sportsmanship, we will be obligated to eject you out from the games. We also ask you all to please keep an eye out for your kids throughout the day as it is not our responsibility in keeping an eye on your kids.

There is a church parking lot across the street that the church does NOT want the general public using, and vehicles will be towed out of that lot.

Check your schedule--we had to move games up due to the district bumping up games due to a performance taking place in their theater that needs the lobby and parking lot

1--the schools we host in DRIVE this decision
2--IF there is a weather cancellation--we notify the following lists
---everyone that is connected to exposure
---all waiver emails submitted

Again as of right now NO games are cancelled for the Dec 13-14 weekend
