The U.S. Open Basketball Championships is a premier, open-registration national youth basketball tournament hosted by USA Basketball. Showcasing nationwide talent, games are played under USA Basketball modified National Federation of State High School Associations Basketball rules and adhere to USA Basketball Youth Guidelines.

Event is set to tip-off anytime after 11:00 AM (Local).

Registration and Roster Deadlines
Division registration is open until capacity is met.

Early Bird: $350 valid until March 31
Standard: $450 until capacity is full

- 3+ Teams: Receive 20% Off the registration fee for the 3rd and 4th teams.
- 5+ Teams: Receive 20% Off the registration fee for the 3rd and 4th teams, plus 35% Off the registration fee for all subsequent teams.

Registration Policy
Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis (including both entry submission and payment) until division capacities are met.

Team Member Eligibility
To ensure competitive fairness and player safety, all participants and coaches must meet the following requirements:

Athletes
12 & Under Division – Eligible athletes CANNOT turn 13 prior to September 1, 2026. This is an age-only eligible division, no exceptions.

13 & Under Division – Eligible athletes CANNOT turn 14 prior to September 1, 2026. This is an age-only eligible division, no exceptions.

8th Grade Division - Eligible athletes cannot turn 15 (must be 14 or younger) prior to September 1, 2026 OR Grade Eligibility Exception: Must have been enrolled in the 8th grade or lower on October 1, 2025 (2025/2026 School Year) AND CANNOT turn 16 (must be 15 or younger) prior to September 1, 2026. 

9th Grade Division - Eligible athletes cannot turn 16 (must be 15 or younger) prior to September 1, 2026 OR Grade Eligibility Exception: Must have been enrolled in the 9th grade or lower on October 1, 2025 (2025/2026 School Year) AND CANNOT turn 17 (must be 16 or younger) prior to September 1, 2026.

10th Grade Division - Eligible athletes cannot turn 17 (must be 16 or younger) prior to September 1, 2026 OR Grade Eligibility Exception: Must have been enrolled in the 10th grade or lower on October 1, 2025 (2025/2026 School Year) AND CANNOT turn 18 (must be 17 or younger) prior to September 1, 2026.

Age & Grade Verification Requirement
To align with youth playing guidelines, all teams must verify player eligibility.
Following registration, ALL TEAMS MUST COMPLETE ATHLETE VERIFICATION on National Sports ID.

Coaches: 2025-26 Gold Coach License
The USA Basketball 2025-26 Gold Coach License is mandatory for all bench personnel.
