1. Payment Overview By registering and participating in the [Tournament Name] (the "Tournament"), each team or participant (the "Registrant") agrees to the following payment terms and conditions. Payment is required for all registration fees, participation fees, and any other charges associated with the Tournament. 2. Registration Fees The registration fee for each team is $495 The fee covers team and coach entry into the Tournament The registration fee must be paid in full before the registration deadline. Failure to pay by this deadline may result in the forfeiture of the team’s spot in the Tournament. 3. Payment Methods Payments may be made through the following methods: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) Payment instructions and details will be provided upon registration. All payments must be processed through the official payment portal.

Refund Policy

Refund requests for registration fees must be submitted in writing to trent.whiting15@gmail.com, no later than 15 days before the Tournament start date. No refund will be issued unless there are extenuating circumstances that warrant your removal from the tournament (i.e. injury) Force Majeure: In the event of a cancellation of the Tournament due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, governmental restrictions), the Registrant will be entitled to a full refund.
