SF Youth Showdown II DNA

Good morning, all teams, and family members. Hollywood Community Church started their sessions a bit late this morning and asked us to push the start time to 10:30 am instead of 10:00 am. This means that all games will now start 30 minutes later, and the schedule has been adjusted

Good afternoon to all participants of the South Florida Youth Showdown II. We are thrilled to have a fantastic weekend of basketball. However, we have a few things to address. Several teams still haven’t completed their payments. Additionally, one of our facilities has made a change to its cleaning schedule, which necessitates us to finalize an alternate facility.

Boys Grades 6th - 12th
Girls Grades 7th/8th & HS

Please ensure that all parents scan the ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY QR code displayed on A-Frames at the facilities or visit the website to review the policies and suspensions.

Starting this season, we will implement a highly stringent process for managing rosters. Since we preprint all scoresheets with the complete names of the players, please ensure that you comply with all the details outlined below.

1. Please deactivate any players who are not participating in this weekend’s event.
2. Any player not listed on the roster before 8 pm on Friday will not be able to participate throughout the entire weekend.
3. We will not accept written names on scoresheets until bracket play commences on Sunday. (Players who didn't participate on Saturday, cannot participate on Sunday)
4. Our staff will now monitor book and scoresheet checks at any time during an event to prevent cheating and address teams that fail to adhere to the roster rules.
5. We suggest leaving the # section blank on your online roster, just in case they don’t arrive with the specified jersey number.

Coaches/Admins please log into your exposure account and make sure to update all rosters, and coaches list. Players grades 3 - 9, must have DOB enterered into exposure account roster. Your coaches will NOT be allowed to enter if their name and contact information isn’t correctly inputted. Coaches CANNOT have the same phone number and email for every coach.
