Battlegrounds 2025 Winterfest

Welcome to the Battlegrounds Winterfest! Games kick off today at 5 PM, and we’re excited for a fun and competitive weekend. To help keep things running smoothly, please remember a few important house rules:

Clean up after your teams—water bottles, trash, clothing, and gear.

Respect the building and staff—let’s keep the facility in great shape for everyone.

Most importantly, demonstrate good sportsmanship toward other teams and officials. Set the example for your players and remind parents and spectators that we’re here to have fun, support our kids, and cheer on our teams.

Rosters & Payments

Rosters should already be submitted. If you haven’t completed yours, please have it in by noon today.

All payments are also due by noon.

Rosters will lock after your first game is played, so make sure everything is finalized before tip-off.

Players cannot double-roster in the same age division.

Rules & Waivers

Please review the attached rules and share them with your team.

Send the player waiver link to parents. (I’ll add the waiver link HERE.)

Make sure you’ve reviewed rules, entry fees, and policies, and pass this information along to parents.

Rosters are due Wednesday Night, Rosters lock after 1st Game is played. Please make sure your rosters are Solidified by First Game.
