Refund Policy

A $250.00 Non-Refundable deposit is due when you register online to secure your team/s spot in the event. A $100.00 cash refund will be given to the coach during team check-in on Thursday March 19th, 2026. No refunds will be given at any time for any team that cancels or cannot make the event once registration is paid. NO EXCEPTIONS!
