Next Level Winter Finale Lady Unbreakable Dre 6

Thanks for coming out to play the Heart of Texas Next Level Winter Finale on Saturday, Jan 31, in Georgetown. Thanks for your flexibility as we adjusted the date and location to accommodate all the winter events during this out of the ordinary Texas winter weather.

Please let your coaches and parents know:
--Georgetown HS, the Annex (next parking lot over from the main HS), and Forbes MS will open no earlier than 7:30am.
--East View HS will open no earlier than 1:30pm.
--Admission prices are $15/day for adults and $5/day for K-12 students. Cash and Venmo will be accepted, no cards.
--Take note of sportsmanship rules and the serious conseqences for any type of violence.

I can't wait to host you on Saturday, Jan 31, in Georgetown!

Good afternoon,

Since the weather forecast for this weekend has not changed, the Jan 25 event is being postponed until Feb 1. Since there are so many teams playing in both events, we are moving this event from Sunday Feb 1 to Saturday Jan 31. This is the only way the gym space works to get everyone the opportunity to still get their kids all their planned games.


At this time, we are working on locking in gym space in Lake Travis for Jan 31, but we definitely have gym space in Gerogetown as a back up plan in case LTISD is unable to accommodate the change. We are making this change in order to put safety first for all families and do our best to make sure kids don't miss out on any planned games torward the end of this Winter season. We greatly appreciate everyone's flexibility as we do our best to meet everyone's needs while prioritizing safety.
