Hello and Happy Monday,
Thanks for competing in the May Madness event on May 16-17! We look forward to seeing your athletes and coaches in the gym this weekend.

Please make sure your parents know there is a fee for spectators:
$20/day/adults and $5/day/K-12 students (cash and Venmo accepted, no cards)
Take note of the sportsmanship rules and serious consequences for any type of violence. Physical and/or verbal violence will result in a full team disqualification from the event without any refunds for spectators or the team. Additionally, any form of violence, including threats, could result in the team being banned from future TXBA events.
If a parent enters the courts without prior permission from the officials, the game will be suspended at the point of interruption. No adult should make physical contact with someone else's child without permission. Help us keep this a safe event for everyone.
Please communicate with parents that gyms will not open earlier than 7:30am, so please don't arrive earlier.
Please know we tried our absolute best to accommodate all schedule requests entered when registering. It will not be possible for us to change the schedule for late requests or those that were impossible to fulfill. Also, players must be approved in advance to play on multiple teams in the event.

Description
March is to college basketball what May is to Select basketball, so let the madness begin! This is a Saturday only or Sunday only event for boys and girls in LTISD and the Austin Sports Center in Cedar Park. Our events fill up 10-14+ days before the event, so register early to secure your spot!

General Information
Competitive 3-game guarantee 1 day only event for Boys and Girls 3rd grade through Varsity featuring gold and silver divisions when possible to ensure good matchups for strong and developmental teams. Reliable and reputable events with divisions that actually make and professional directors who communicate honestly and often! Day of play will be announced a week before the event. Schedule will be posted by 5pm the Wednesday before the event.
