Due to a number of teams not having enough players to play tomorrow, I have made some schedule changes to get everyone their games as well as I could. So, sorry for making you check again, but take one more peak tonight to make sure your times did not change. Mostly its small time adjsutments or just courts, but please check it out.

We are so excited about this weekend's inaugural TXBA Big State Championship at the Round Rock Sports Center & Austin Sports Center North! We can't wait for a big weekend of basketball that will serve as the culminiation of this season for so many of us.

As promised, Rules & Info are attached. Please take a minute to familiarize yourself with the Sportsmanship, Time Out, Free Throw Bonus, and Overtime rules. Thanks for helping to make sure this is a safe, fair and fun event for everyone.

Bracket games can be found on the app by tapping your Division then Brackets. Please take a look at the adjustments to the Sunday schedule for some divisions. I made a couple errors at 1:30am when I was finishing the schedule, so I had to fix them when my brain was functioning better. Thanks for your flexibility.

Thanks for coming out to play the TXBA Big State Championships on June 27-28 at the Round Rock Sports Center and ASC North. Please note this is a 2 day, 4+ game event and almost all divisions have bracket games.

If you haven't already downloaded the TXBA app, it is the most efficient way to get all schedule updates and event messages.You can find the schedule on the TXBA app and here: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/257718/txba-big-state-championship/schedule

Please make sure your parents know there is a fee for spectators:
$20/day/adults and $5/day/K-12 students
$36/weekend/adults and $9/weekend/K-12 students
(cash and Venmo accepted, no cards)

Please communicate with parents that RRSC/ASC will not open earlier than 7:30am, so please don't arrive earlier. Crooked Smiles will be providing media coverage for the event and a link to book will be sent tomorrow.

Take note of the sportsmanship rules and serious consequences for any type of violence. Physical and/or verbal violence will result in a full team disqualification from the event without any refunds for spectators or the team. Additionally, any form of violence, including threats, could result in the team being banned from future TXBA events. If a parent enters the courts without prior permission from the officials, the game will be suspended at the point of interruption. No adult should make physical contact with someone else's child without permission. Help us keep this a safe event for everyone.

Please know I tried my absolute best to accommodate all schedule requests entered when registering. It will not be possible for me to change the schedule for late or unmet requests. Sunday is bracket play, so there is no way to honor all requests.

Rules will be sent out tomorrow and posted under messages for the event. Players cannot play down and must be approved in advance to play on multiple teams in the event. Please make every effort to keep this a fair and positive environment for the kids to enjoy the sport they love.
