TWE Summer Splash Schedule

Good Morning and Happy Monday!

We'd like to thank everyone who attended the Summer Splash this past weekend. We understand there are many great events to choose from throughout the summer, and we are grateful that you chose to spend your weekend with TXBA.

For the teams that experienced an opponent dropping from the event late or a no-show, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We value and respect the time, commitment, and investment that every program and family makes to attend our events.

Our goal ​is always to provide high-quality, organized tournaments, and we remain committed to that standard. While late drops and no-shows can sometimes be beyond our control, we take full responsibility for the impact they have on your experience. I will be personally reaching out to the affected teams this week, and we will work to make things right.

Thanks for competing in the ​​​​​​​Summer Splash event on ​​​​​​​June 13-14! We look forward to seeing your athletes and coaches in the gym this ​​weekend.

Please make sure your parents know there is a fee for spectators:
$20/day/adults and $5/day/K-12 students (cash and Venmo accepted, no cards)

Take note of the sportsmanship rules and serious consequences for any type of violence. Physical and/or verbal violence will result in a full team disqualification from the event without any refunds for spectators or the team. Additionally, any form of violence, including threats, could result in the team being banned from future TXBA events.

If a parent enters the courts without prior permission from the officials, the game will be suspended at the point of interruption. No adult should make physical contact with someone else's child without permission. Help us keep this a safe event for everyone.

Please communicate with parents that gyms will not open earlier than 7:30am, so please don't arrive earlier.

Please know ​we tried ​our absolute best to accommodate all schedule requests entered when registering. It will not be possible for ​us to change the schedule for late requests or those that were impossible to fulfill. Also, players must be approved in advance to play on multiple teams in the event.
