1. Eligibility
Open to boys’ teams in grades 3–8 (or your specified divisions).
All teams must register and submit full payment prior to being scheduled.
2. Registration & Payment
Tournament fee: $250 per team.
Payment must be received within 3 days of the event to secure a spot.
No refunds will be issued after the bracket is posted for the event unless the tournament is cancelled by the organizer.
3. Roster Requirements
Players may not be rostered on more than one team in the same division.
Age/grade verification may be requested at any time.
4. Game Rules
The tournament will follow standard AAU rules unless otherwise stated.
Each team must have an adult coach responsible for player conduct, safety, and communication.
The schedule is final once released; game times may change only at the discretion of the tournament director.
5. Sportsmanship & Conduct
Players, coaches, and spectators are expected to behave respectfully.
Fighting, extreme unsportsmanlike behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in ejection or removal from the venue.
The tournament director reserves the right to disqualify any team for repeated misconduct.
6. Waiver & Release of Liability
By participating, all players, coaches, and parents acknowledge that basketball involves physical risk.
The tournament organizers, facility, and staff are not responsible for injuries, property loss, or accidents that occur during the event.
Teams and parents assume full responsibility for their players’ health and safety.
7. Insurance & Medical Care
Each team is responsible for its own insurance coverage.
Basic first aid may be available on-site, but emergency medical services will be contacted if needed.
8. Venue Rules
All participants must follow venue and facility rules (parking, food/drink, equipment, supervision, etc.).
Outside noise-making devices, dangerous items, or disruptive behavior may be restricted.
9. Photos & Media
Teams acknowledge that photos or videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.
Notify the tournament director in writing if you need an exception.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, all teams, coaches, and parents agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The tournament director’s decision is final in all matters.
