Coaches,

Thank you for your patience as we navigated some division changes. I really appreciate everyone’s willingness to be flexible and helpful. I have reposted the updated schedule.

I did my best to accommodate as many requests as possible. We have multiple teams traveling from Idaho, Colorado, and Washington, and because of that, it isn’t possible to meet all individual scheduling requests. Brackets were arranged in the best way possible to support travel needs. Unfortunately, it’s not feasible for every team to finish early in the afternoon.

Welcome to the 2026 Battlegrounds Presidents Day Bash! Thank you for your patience while we finalized the schedule. There were many moving parts, but the schedule has now been released. We are excited for a fun and competitive weekend.

Games will be played on Friday, Saturday and Monday.

Please check the schedule regularly. The best way to follow your team is through The Battlegrounds app. Please share the app links with your parents so they can stay updated.

ROSTERS
Rosters are due Thursday by 7:00 p.m. Rosters lock once your first game begins. Please review the roster guidelines below to ensure accuracy:

1. Rosters must be submitted online by Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
If you need a roster link, please text LeAnne at 801‑726‑3505.
2. Coaches will initial their roster before their first game to confirm accuracy.
3. Any roster changes must be made prior to your team’s first game.
4. No adjustments will be allowed after your first game begins. Please make sure all potential players are listed.
5. Rosters can be viewed on The Battlegrounds App. Please review your roster to ensure all players are included.
6. Reminder: No double rostering is allowed in the same age division. Please share this with parents.

PLAYER WAIVER
All players must have a completed player waiver
Please send the waiver link to your parents as soon as possible and ensure all waivers are submitted before your first game.

NOTE:
4th, 5th Silver/Bronze & 8th Gold Division: Teams will play two pool-play games and are guaranteed two bracket-play games. This structure was necessary based on the number of teams in the division. Please look at brackets to know what day those are played.
