Coaches,

Rosters are visible on the app. That is a good place to go to make sure your rosters are turned in and are correct. All roster links have been sent if you haven't seen it check your junk mail or reach out and I will send it again.

Friendly reminder rosters are DUE TODAY at 8pm. Thank you for all your efforts!

I apologize for the inconvenience of the schedule being down. After I released the schedule, we had some teams fall out. Unfortunately, that required some changes to be made to the schedule. I will have it back up as soon as possible.

Memorial Day Mayhem Tournament Schedule has been released! We have a full tournament this weekend and have worked to accommodate as many requests as possible. It isn’t always possible to honor every preference, but we appreciate your flexibility.

Tournament Format:
3 pool play games followed by a single-elimination bracket.

Please note: A few pool play games will be played on Monday, so be sure to review your brackets carefully. Brackets can be viewed on the Battlegrounds app

** You may notice a few teams have a 4th pool play game...it was due to an uneven # in the division. Those teams will only have 3 pool play games that go against their seeding.

The schedule is now available—please take a moment to review it. Adjustments are common, so we recommend checking it again the night before your games.

Games will be played:
Friday: 5:10 pm - 9:20 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm
Monday: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm

ROSTERS
Rosters are due Thurday by 8:00 p.m. Rosters lock once your first game begins. Please review the roster guidelines below to ensure accuracy:

1. Rosters must be submitted online by Thursday at 8:00 p.m.
If you need a roster link, please text LeAnne at 801‑726‑3505.
2. Coaches will initial their roster before their first game to confirm accuracy.
3. Any roster changes must be made before your team’s first game.
4. No adjustments will be allowed after your first game begins. Please make sure all potential players are listed.
5. Rosters can be viewed on The Battlegrounds App. Please review your roster to ensure all players are included.
6. Reminder: No double rostering is allowed in the same age division. Please share this with parents.

Please send the waiver link to your parents as soon as possible and ensure all waivers are submitted before your first game.
