Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if a division does not have enough teams to form a competitive bracket. If a division has enough teams to play, no refunds will be provided. 2. Refund Request Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted no later than 10 days before the tournament begins. No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the tournament start date, regardless of the reason. 3. Non-Refundable Fees: All registration fees are non-refundable once the 10-day deadline has passed. This policy applies to all teams and participants without exception. 4. Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that the tournament is canceled by the organizers, full refunds will be issued to all registered teams. 5.
