Game Guarantee & Format
3-Game Guarantee for all registered teams
Format: Pool Play + Single-Elimination Bracket
Official schedule released the week of the tournament via Exposure
Minor last-minute changes may occur due to team volume
No schedule changes accepted once live

Roster Requirements & Player Eligibility
All Coaches Must Read:

You should have received an Exposure invite to claim your team.
Once received, log in, link your team, and complete your roster ASAP.
Rosters must be submitted online before the first game — failure to do so may result in forfeit.
If your roster isn’t submitted beforehand, it must be turned in at check-in before your first game.

Roster Rules:

Players may only play on one team per division within the same organization.
All players must have a valid AmeriSports Player Card ($10/year).


 
Player Protest Policy
All protests must be submitted BEFORE the game begins.
If a protested player is late, the protest can be initiated immediately upon their arrival.
Opposing team has 10 minutes to provide documentation.
Failure to verify = Player ruled ineligible and removed from play.
 
Grade & Age Eligibility (2025–2026 School Year)
Eligibility is determined by birth certificate or current report card and age as of August 15, 2025


Players must be in the correct grade and under the max age as of August 15, 2025. Grade School Girls (Grades 2nd - 5th) are eligible to play a grade down in the boys division only. 

 
Game Rules by Division

2nd – 6th Grade
2 x 15 min periods - running clock

7th–8th
2 x 16 min periods - running clock

9th–HS
2 x 18 min periods - running clock

HS Championship
2 x 20 min periods - running clock

Clock Stops: Last 2 mins of 2nd period + All Timeouts
Timeouts: (2)×30 sec + (1)×60 sec
OT 1: 2 mins + 1 timeout
OT 2: Sudden Death (first team to score wins)
Warm-Up Time: 3 mins
Halftime: 2 mins
Home Team: Light jerseys (left of score table)
Visitor Team: Dark jerseys (right of score table)
 
Press & Foul Rules

No full-court press in 2nd Grade
No press with 20+ point lead (3rd–5th only)
5 fouls = player disqualified
Bonus (1-and-1): 7 team fouls
Team fouls reset at halftime
 
Sportsmanship & Conduct

Zero Tolerance Policy:
Fighting - Immediate removal & full event ban
Disruptive behavior - Ejection without refund
