Tournament weekend is quickly approaching, and we want to make sure your team is prepared and does not miss any important deadlines.

Please review the information below and share it with your coaches, players, and families as needed.

PAYMENT DEADLINE

Teams that selected the Pay Later option must be paid in full by the event deadline.

Teams that remain unpaid after the deadline may be removed from the event and replaced by teams on the waiting list.

Please note that if an event fills with paid teams prior to the deadline, unpaid teams may be removed sooner.

If your team is no longer planning to participate, please notify us as soon as possible.

SCHEDULE REQUESTS & RESTRICTIONS

If your team has any scheduling requests or restrictions, please begin preparing them now.

Schedule requests must be submitted prior to schedule construction. While we do our best to accommodate requests submitted in advance, requests submitted after schedules are released cannot be accommodated.

ROSTER SUBMISSION

All teams should begin entering their roster into Exposure Events if they have not already done so.

Submitting your roster:

- Automatically populates player names on official scoresheets
- Improves scorekeeping accuracy
- Speeds up event operations
- Helps keep games running on schedule

Only the following information is required:

- First Name
- Last Name
- Jersey Number

We strongly encourage teams to complete their roster before tournament week.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS

Each team should have access to:

- Birth Certificate for each player
- Most Recent Report Card for each player

Documents may be stored digitally or in paper form and should be available throughout the tournament weekend if needed.

Failure to provide documentation when requested may result in a player being ruled ineligible.

PAYMENT DEADLINE - ACTION REQUIRED

Today is the payment deadline for teams that selected the Pay Later option.

Beginning tomorrow, our staff will begin constructing tournament schedules. Teams that remain unpaid after today’s deadline are subject to being removed from the event and schedule.

We cannot hold spots for unpaid teams while turning away paid teams that are ready to participate.

If an event reaches capacity, unpaid teams may be removed before schedules are finalized.

If your team plans to participate this weekend, please verify that payment has been completed immediately.

If you registered a single team, a payment link should have already been emailed to the address used during registration.

Tournament schedules are typically released by Tuesday at midnight during tournament week.

Schedules will continue to be reviewed and adjusted as needed throughout the week.

Schedules are generally considered final by Thursday afternoon.

Please avoid making travel arrangements based on schedule assumptions prior to schedule release.

A Site Director will be available at each facility throughout the tournament weekend.

If questions or concerns arise during tournament play, please go directly to the Site Director at your facility. This is the fastest and most effective way to get issues addressed.

- Eligibility concerns
- Game-day issues

Please understand that during tournament play, staff members are spread across multiple facilities and may be actively assisting teams, officials, and site personnel. Contacting the tournament phone number or emailing staff may not provide the quickest response to game-day issues.

For the fastest resolution, please work directly with the Site Director at your facility.
