ENG Sports Invitational Teams

Coaches and Directors,

To ensure a smooth experience for all teams this weekend, please follow the registration protocol and review the official tournament rules attached to this message.

📍 Registration Protocol
Arrival: Registration is required at least 1 hour before your first game starts.
Who Checks In: To keep lines moving, only the Director or Head Coach should come to the check-in desk. All materials and credentials will be given to this person.
Coach Credentials: Each team receives 2 Coach wristbands and 1 Admin wristband.
Additional Staff: Please note that any team staff beyond the 3 included coach/admin wristbands must pay the $65 weekend rate or $25 per day at the door.
Staff Entry: If you have other staff (coaches/directors) arriving while you are on the court, please let us know at the registration desk. We will hold their credentials at the desk so they can enter without delay while you are coaching.

🏀 Tournament Rules
Please refer to the attached document for all official ENG Sports Invitational game play regulations, including game lengths, timeout details, and shot clock specifications. It is the responsibility of each coach and director to ensure their staff and players are familiar with these rules prior to their first game.

To ensure our media, recruiters, and scorekeepers are prepared for the ENG Invitational, we need your rosters finalized in the system today.

Task: Please check your inbox for a separate roster email sent specifically for this event.

Action: Follow the link in that email to complete your player list.

Deadline: Tonight, Wednesday, April 22nd by 11:59 PM.

Why: Accurate rosters are mandatory for official box scores and player identification for college recruiters.

If you cannot find your specific roster email, please check your spam folder or contact us immediately.

The initial schedule for the 2026 ENG Sports Invitational is now available. Please review your team’s games carefully and confirm all dates and times. PLEASE DO NOT SCREENSHOT SCHEDULES, as the schedules are subject to change. Follow your perspective teams on the ENG Sports App, to receive the most up to date schedule.

We have done our best to accommodate requests and scheduling restrictions. However, if you notice any major conflicts, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and address them.

To make your registration process easier, you can now pay for all your teams at once using the Exposure Events Store.

Instead of managing separate invoices, follow these steps to consolidate your payments:

Log In: Sign into your account at Exposure Events.
Select Teams: Go to the Store to see all teams you have registered.
Add to Cart: Select the teams from your various invoices and add them to your cart.
Checkout: Pay for all teams in one single transaction.

Note: You must be logged into the same account used during registration to see your teams listed.

Please see below for important updates regarding the upcoming event:

1. Schedule Release
The event schedule is currently being finalized and will be available by the end of the day this Monday. Please watch your inbox, as you will receive an automated email notification the moment the schedule is officially posted and live.

2. Hotel Information
We have partnered with TRAVELING TEAMS® to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament-approved hotels close to our venues. All teams traveling that require hotel rooms will be sent the hotel booking link for the event after they have officially registered.
