16th Annual PAL Alumni Christmas BBall Tournament 2025

Description

Hello everyone! While in the gym all teams will sit on the scoreboard side of the gym and ALL TEAMS must have the same color shirts or jersey's and have them on while inside the building. Spectators will all sit on the opposite side across from the scoreboard. Everyone will go to the concession stand from the lobby instead of walking through the gym.

General Information

The Dunn Police Athletic/Activities League 16th Annual PAL Alumni Christmas Basketball Tournament will be Saturday, December 20th  thru Sunday, December 21th 2025.

December 20th Doors open at 8:30 am and tipoff will be at 9:30 am. The tournament will end Sunday.

General Admission for everyone is $3.00 for one time entry or $7.00 armband for re-entry. You may purchase Re-Entry Armbands for $7.00 each. Children 5 and under are free with paying adult.  All Funds at the door will go toward college scholarships.

No outside food allowed inside the Building. Concession Stand will be on hand.

There will be 1st and 2nd Place Trophies given. Also a Team Trophy will be awarded for 1st Place.

There will only be one Division.

Team Roster size is minimum 7 players and maximum of 10 players. ($250.00 per team up to 10 players) !
Tournament format: 2 - 16 Minutes Halves Running Clock except timeouts also free throws the last two minutes of each half. Total of 3 Timeouts (2 - 30 second and 1 - 60 Second), 3 Minute Overtime for 1st Overtime and sudden death 2nd overtime.

Guaranteed minimum of 2 (Two) Games. 1 Pool Play Game and then Single Elimination Bracket Play.

Team Trophy for 1st and 2nd Place Winners !

Music, Entertainment and Concessions will be on hand !

Bracket Play Games will be filmed for rebroadcast on facebook.

We will start registration Tuesday, December 2nd at 6:00 PM and registrations ends Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Final payments are due Friday, December 19, 2025 by 3:00 PM to keep your team in the tournament or face Late registrations and cash are $300.00 per team. Any Team that has not contacted us by Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 5:00 PM and worked out payment arrangements by Friday will be taken off of the list.

Team registration is $250.00 per team with roster and marked arm. You MUST supply your own uniform shirts at this tournament. You can use color T-shirts with a marked number on the back.

No Re-entry except on armbands !

Security Will be on hand !

All proceeds go toward the PAL College Scholarship Fund.
